Steve and his team were very professional, considerate and on time in delivering high quality service with Integrity. I had to have my oil tank and furnace removed, installation of heat pump in its place and complete duct cleaning and set up. Everything was done in a well planned, timely and neat closure. I had already gone ahead and recommended this good quality and cost effective company to few of my friends who are in the process of home renovation and purchase. Excellent company! The technician arrived on time and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with mice getting into the heat pump, so he thoroughly cleaned the unit and made sure it was properly sealed to avoid any issues in the future. He cleaned up the area afterwards, and even hung a picture back up! Great customer service.

I had called a couple of company's to fix one heat pump and move another in a house O had just bought. They either didn't want to do it or gave a high quote but could not explain the quote to me. From the minute I made contact with Integrity, Wayne specifically, I knew I was in good hands. He came out, looked at what needed done, didn't pull any punches or try to push me in a different direction. The quote was better than expected so next was to come do the work. The two guys that came were professional and friendly and took the time to discuss every detail with me prior to starting the work. They weren't able to finish the first day so they came back the next day. Again went over every detail to make sure we were on the same page. They completed the job and left everything neat and clean and to be honest, went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be calling Integrity for all my future needs.
