The Tait Contracting damaged people's private property, such as drywall, windowsills, and floor trims, etc. during they work for strata 375's common property repairing project in 2019. Tait refused to recover the owner's private property to the original and refused to repair the damaged part what they made. Tait said they just follow the strata's order to do what the strata want. So they don't have any abligations about the damage they made. The private property owner had a dispute with Tait at BC's Civil Resolution Tribunal in April of 2021. The CRT’s Arbitrator SHELLEY LOPEZ agreed the damage was made by Tait. However, Ms. LOPEZ dismissed the private property owner's claim. one of Ms. LOPEZ's reason was , from the damaged pictures she can't see any damage was made by Tait intentionally, etc. This is the reason I give Tait one star

These guys are very good at what they do! Their work is excellent quality and they are a pleasure to deal with! They have done multiple jobs for me and i highly recommend them.
