Cant say enough about the service and prompt attention to my request to have my furnace serviced. One of the most impressive Nanaimo based companies I have experienced. Two months ago , I phoned Jason for a quote on a new heat pump. He dropped over that afternoon and I received a written quote the next day. His price was considerably less than his competitors, I gave him the go ahead and was given an install date. .Two weeks later my heat pump was installed. Jason took the time to go over the operation and day to day settings of our new system. Jason (one of the owners) as well as the other employees were courteous and respectful to us and our home. A week after the install, I received a follow up call from Jason advising me of some rebates that became available. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to quote on any upcoming projects you may have. Thank you Strategic Mechanical

Contacted Don and arranged repair on boiler for in-floor heat. Bryan attended and quickly diagnosed problem, arranged for needed parts.
