"Who's fixing it and how much do I owe you?" Those were instantly Andy's first words when I told him his painter had gotten brown overspray all over my black car (which now looked like a slice of Toblerone chocolate!) in the driveway when staining our fence. My detail shop tried a simple fix, no luck. Entire car will need a full exterior polish, probably running around $500. NO hesitation. NO excuses. Just "tell me when you're bringing it it and I'll give them my card". If I wasn't already a repeat customer who liked Andy a lot, how he handled this situation, alone, would've 100% guaranteed me telling other people about the great service from Pro Works. Accidents and mistakes happen, it's how business handle them that makes all the difference. Andy stepped up and knocked it out of the park. Easy to do, maybe, but not common these days. As a result, I hope my f'd up BMW earns Andy and Pro Works a bunch of referrals ;) PS And, yes, the fence does look great!

Went with them for a paint job and it was decent, not good or great. Price was a little higher than the competition so I will look else where for a competitor to fix up their mistakes. Messaged Andy three times in the past 2 weeks to get a quote for a simple small job and never heard back from him. Also asked for a few companies he can refer to us for different renovation jobs and when I contacted them they were basic and not educated in their field of work. Hope Pro Works can provide a better service to others down the road. I won't be going back.
