He was extremely reliable, prompt, respectful and, above all, trustworthy, in all our dealings with him. No small achievement these days. We successfully relied on Russ for recommendations on cost saving strategies, through the use of alternate materials, and he even helped us in making some appropriate design decisions during the construction process. At no time did we get the feeling that he didn’t genuinely have our best interests in mind in building a home that we could be proud of. He helped us select and negotiate with specialty product suppliers whenever we asked, and it became apparent that he was well respected throughout the industry by his colleagues, suppliers and trades. If we were building again, we would have absolutely no hesitation in contracting with Russ and the McMann Group.
