He answered right away, and started to make considerations of when he could come take a look at the job. Luke showed up every time he said he would, and was punctual. He also called and emailed each time he committed to doing so. I appreciated that Luke pointed out plumbing issues that were needed immediately, vs those that could wait. That way, we could budget out what needed to be done. He did the work efficiently and was great about clean up. I consider myself fortunate to have been placed in contact with Major League Property Development Specialists to help me identify and prioritize tasks to prepare my recent home purchase for a legal secondary suite addition. Luke took the time out of his busy schedule to come and have a detailed look at my proposed floor plan and to offer up the resources and guidance at a fair price to support this project. My immediate concern was to deal with a failing water tank and was struggling to find a resource to commit to sourcing and installing a new set of tanks. Having just made this major purchase two months ago and seeing the water puddle grow larger each week was causing me anxiety! Within a week, Luke had scheduled in a professional and qualified plumber under his employee, Joe, to make the tank replacements, to identify and remedy massively high-water pressure (180psi) problems, and to get a start on some of the plumbing upgrades required for the legal suite. Another one of Luke's employees, Adam, immediately came out to help me make modifications to relocate a dryer vent so that I could safely and within code place a propane tank to service some of my heating needs. All of the people I have been in contact with that are affiliated with this company have been lovely human beings who care about people and the quality of services they provide. This is also important to me. I feel very confident placing my trust in their hands.
