The salesman couldn't figure out the angle of a 3 foot railing with a 6 inch drop. Wanted the customer to figure it out. I wanted to not give a star but in order to post this review it required one star which they don't deserve.

Great service from start to finish. We were impressed staff's product knowledge and ability to communicate without any sign of pressure. In our case some customization was needed to fit the posts to the layered deck fascia, but this wasn't a problem. The installation was on time with no hiccups and we love our new rail system. Yes I would recommend dealing with K&S.

A man by the name of Martin was severely disrespectful to myself aswell as one of my partners at an apartment complex we manage as we were having renovations done! Very unprofessional service by this man although the rest of the team did a great job. Not happy and I will be certain he's not involved with any of my further projects!

WORST QUALITY PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION I have ever seen and worst experience, the items we received and they installed were severely damaged. Took months before they even got back to us. We’ve felt taken for a ride and distraught over this and will never deal with K&S for anything and neither will our family or friends. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
