I worked for this company and he never paid his employees on time. His employees all left him because he was always rude to his staff and never paid them on pay days. He over quotes people and the extra material that's left over he returns and gets the money for it instead of giving the money back to the customer.

Excellent service from Elite. We live in Fairwinds in Nanoose and had a roof leak that has confounded several roofers beforehand. In the midst of one of the recent storms we called Elite for help, they were at the house faster than we could have hoped and after two attempts managed to fix the problem. Excellent company to deal with - just had a Torch on roof applied and they also installed/arranged installation of the gutters and downspouts. It was done efficiently, on time and as quoted. They have all the necessary documentation (including insurance!) to do the job. We found Chris, Tiffany and the workers to be very professional - and when the job was completed - everything was cleaned up immaculately! Their workmanship warranty was very impressive. We had contacted other companies wanting to compare quotes, some companies never called us back and a couple didn’t’ even have any insurance! Would definitely use them again.
