Just top notch service and all done at fair prices. We needed a lot of electrical clean up work done to our house in Nanoose Bay and Duane was very helpful in determining what was necessary and also helped plan for future upgrades. Once onsite Graham and others who worked on the house were pro's and worked well with our other sub trades who needed connections. Just a great company and very nice folks, highly recommend, and will be using them again.

It does not get any better than DENMAR in Nanaimo. They have been my go to company for the past 21 years. They took care of me when my family was young, and I was short on cash; kept my family safe by fixing illegal wiring left behind by previous owner of my house...and charging me a fair price. I have never gone anywhere else since.

Had a quote from Denmar for $400-$450 and 4 hour job ended up costing almost $800 bucks. I was extremely unhappy about the quote and when the estimator contacted me to explain invoice, he claimed exchanging light switches in open walls takes 15 minutes each. Nonsense that any general contractor would laugh at if they were charged 1 billable hour to do four switches. Will never use them again and will be sure to inform everyone that their invoices are ridiculously inflated.

I had no idea about electric stuff or about Den Mar. I had needed work done for years and when i finally did it I called 4 or 5 places. Duane from Den Mar was the most informative, knowledgable and honest .. Also, at my workplace coiincidentally we had just had some work done by another company, but for a few reasons to do with that, and my own input we will be using Den Mar for the remaining workI believe. I had already decided to go with Den Mar unless quote seemed high. To my surprise on top of everything else the quote was the most reasonable one i got. Honesty matters. I am recommending them to anyone in need of electrical work.

Major wind storm hit Sproat Lake, Tuesday Nov 17, 2020. The power line running to my cabin was knocked to the ground. I contacted Rick at Denmar early evening after learning that the power line had come down. (many thanks to my great neighbors who called to let me know) 745 AM the next morning (Nov 18, 2020) Rick contacted me and told me that he had a crew en route. By 3pm the power had been restored. Truly appreciate the great service and unbelievably quick turnaround. Saved us!! Highly recommended

Den Mar installed our hot tub and did a great job. The quote was competitive and the work was excellent. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when it was done. We had to have a new breaker installed, wire through our crawl and to the outside. Everything was done the right way with no corners cut. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you.
