Dave was an excellent resource to help solve my slate stain issue. The problem started by trying to remove paint from a slate floor. Disaster struck and I went to seek assistance from Cornerstone. Dave was very helpful and patient with my problem. He research and tried finding different solutions. Finally one worked and I was much relieved. Without Dave's assistance and perseverance I would have spent thousands on a last resort remedy. Thanks Dave!

Fantastic! Anna is amazing! Even though we were only making a small purchase of only accent tiles for our bathroom, Anna sketched out our whole bathroom and looked at the shower and floor tiles that we had bought elsewhere. She looked at a piece of our bathroom vanity and instantly pulled out the perfect accent tile which is absolutely stunning! She ordered it and it took only 2 days to arrive. When we picked it up she helped us once again with design questions. I cannot rave enough about the customer service and products at Cornerstone Tile in Nanaimo.

I wasn’t having much luck in Courtenay finding tile options for a master bath renovation so decided to go to Nanaimo and started with the largest showroom store they had. They had very basic “ordinary” tiles and I was so disappointed. Thankfully they referred me to Corner Stone as I was looking for something with a little wow factor. I found everything I wanted at Corner Stone. They only sell tile so they are not distracted with other floor coverings. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Barbara Cura and Anna Morgan helped me with selections, grout colors, you name it. Once Anna saw what I liked she immediately found options for me. They initially asked all the right questions about the space, color, design, etc. They spent hours with me and were by far the best salespeople for tile that I have ever come across. I just can’t say enough about the staff and this store and their time and patience with me as I as there for hours. I will always go to them for tile needs. Thank you all.

Love this company! We reno'd our ensuite and had no idea of where to begin. Barb at Cornstone gave us lots of ideas and information. There is so much to chose from. We couldn't have done it without her! The tiling was a big job - floor to ceiling tiles - and the guys did such an amazing job! Perfection actually. They were very courteous and polite. Roger was great as well - returning our calls right away and setting everything up so well. All the staff are efficient and courteous. We will be using them for the next project and highly recommend Cornerstone Tile!

We have used them for years, one laundry room floor and three bathroom floors and a complete shower. We recently noticed an issue with our shower that was done some time ago. As soon as the repair tiler realized it had been an installation issue Roger immediately took care of it and had it corrected and “made it right”. As their website says, “You’ll be pleased, we promise.” Their installers are friendly and explain everything and, if there is an issue, they fix it without question. Highly recommended.

Part way thru our bathroom renovation, we realized that we had chosen an incompetent contractor. At a friend’s suggestion, we contacted Cornerstone Tile. They came to our rescue in spite of their busy schedule. The removal and redo turned out great. We are thrilled with the new shower, ceiling and tile floor. Our story has a happy ending due to the diligence of all the trades involved and Roger Chamberlain’s organization skills. We are truly satisfied customers.
