Jordan did a fabulous job renovating our basement. He put in an office and a small gym space into an unfinished area of our basement. His contractors were excellent, his communication was solid, and there were no surprised costs. The finishing work was excellent. He puts a lot of work into his quotes, and this time is built into the cost of the project so it is important to discuss this prior to him initiating the quoting process. We felt that his costs were reasonable to the volume of work that was required. He is excellent at project planning - so we always knew where he was in the project. There were a couple of delays, but we felt that the project was done as fast possible. We have a couple more projects that the house needs over the next year and we will give him a call!

I've been working with Dallas on various construction projects for a while now and have found him to be great at his job, very honest, and very reliable. He's got a great/friendly personality too!! We look forward to working with him in the future and would recommend him for your construction needs for sure!!!

Jordan responded promptly, always arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the result. It was a small job for them but important to us and we are grateful for the care they took and for giving us the benefit from coming in under budget. Building a studio/carriage house was a first-time experience and could have been quite a different outcome if it were not for the knowledge and foresight of Jordan. Every step of the way I was informed of possible changes and options. The skill and the workmanship clearly shows and when other trades people remark on the great job it just confirms you hired the right person. I am so happy with my studio and it is much more beautiful than I had imagined. Jordan and his team ensure there is no detail missed and they go above and beyond.
