Called Blue Flame on a Sunday as there is a propane leak in my greenhouse. Even though he (Adam) is on call on the weekend, it seems like it is too much like work to come out and fix it, so said that I should just turn off my greenhouse heater and let my plants freeze instead, and someone will schedule a time later in the week. Are you kidding me? Service - 0 stars.

I have used this company for the last four years and will now find someone new. The tech told me my glass on the gas fireplace should be replaced so I ordered it from them and he installed. Within a day the inside was coated with soot. I did not call them in the allotted time. When I did the same guy came out and cleaned the new glass and rearranged the logs to allow a proper burn...end of problem. They charged me another $102 on top of the $400 plus I had already paid them. Yes I was past their recall time but charging me to fix their mistakes seems way out of whack....I was not pleased with their service two of the four times I used them...I gave them a chance to make this right...very unresponsive. I will be telling my story to the other 89 members of the strata I am in.

Adam and his team replaced our electric furnace with a new Trane gas forced air unit. Good, prompt service. The new furnace is quieter and our home is more comfortable. We have had the furnace now for a year and our winter heating bills have dropped by a net value of $200/month. (Of course, no change to summer bills). We will definitely go to Blue Flame if we need any other gas service.

Two years in a row have received no service. This year phoned to get in the queue to get a service call, left message and never received a call back. Phoned person I called second last year. Within 10 minutes received a return phone call and an appointment for a service call this week. This is now my number one call. Blue Flame has failed twice with me in the customer service department.

I swear in my previous life I was either a Walton or an Ingall's gal .. just love my natural wood-burning fires. For all you young ones that's from The Waltons or Little House on the Prairie. Not one star, "0". I could get into great detail how a simple routine annual service on our heat pump turned absolute nightmare. But what's the point? They don't seem to care anyway.

Absolutely fraudulent practices: They put a "call for free quote" advert on their website. I called them to come and look at my heat pump and give me a quote. Their quote was unclear (They just gave me the price of a new unit + labor but they did not say what the labor cost would be). Other outfits did and I went with another outfit with a cheaper and much clearer quote. Then, they hit me with an invoice!. When I disputed it, Their response was that they gave me a service and the "free quote only applies when you put in a new unit". Yet, they did not say that on their website. Steer clear of this outfit!!

Had 2 gas fireplaces recently installed. Super happy with the process from beginning to end. They originally came in to give a quote and review different styles for my home. They were able to find the best fit for each area. We had run into issues as I was getting the fireplaces retiled. This created numerous delays. They were very accommodating and continued to work with me and my contractor on when the time was right. They are now both installed and look absolutely amazing! The installers were great as well! Super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. So was Myles and the rest of the team. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Super impressed from beginning to end. We did shop around before too and got numerous quotes from different companies, they were along the best priced too! So that's always an added benefit. Thanks Myles and team! The fireplaces look amazing! Can't wait for winter!
