We had a great experience with Arrowsmith! My husband was in over his head trying to install a fence on his own so we called Arrowsmith. They were flexible and willing to use our own materials to finish the job for a fair price. They started working on our fence a few days after the estimate and had it done in 2 days. I know that contractors do not usually do this type of job but they were friendly, prompt and the fence looks great. They bailed us out of a tight spot. Thanks Arrowsmith.

Awful. Had the guy come do an estimate which he was an hour and a half late for in early may. He schedules me for June 18th. The evening of June 17th I get a text that he’s “running a little behind and could get to it in a couple days”. I asked when he could do it he said maybe next Wednesday (it was a Thursday) so closer to a week. I asked for a definitive date as I could ask a friend from work to help me instead. He says go ahead and do that and good luck.

We just had a 6 ft. cedar fence built for our backyard by Arrowsmith Fence Co. and we are extremely pleased. It was not a simple job due to the terrain but Vince (owner) and Steve worked their ideas over with us and the result is perfect. They were very professional, prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced. We contacted 3 other companies based in Nanaimo that specialized in fences. Two never returned our repeated calls and one told us to refer to Home Depot and calculate the quote ourselves. We're so glad we discovered Arrowsmith Fence and obviously would highly recommend them.
