Had a repair done last winter but the furnace didn't seem to be quite working as it had. Called Mid West and within 2 hours they were out and fixed the issue. Great service, timely and friendly. Would definitely recommend Mid West!!

We had our hot water heater replaced. When I called to book the appointment, the service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They booked our job in to do the same day. The installer was prompt, friendly, quick, efficient, answered all of our questions and knew his job. His work was very professional and he left everything neat and clean. The invoice was comparable to any other shop and exactly as quoted. I will definitely recommend Mid West and will have them back to do future work. Thanks for the great service.

We had a new High efficiency furnace, hot water heater and central air installed in our 115 year old farm house by Mid West. All I have to say is WOW. Right from the first meeting to do an estimate to project completion the team from Mid West are professionals. They installed ductwork to all the rooms on the second floor and repurposed some of the 1st floor ducts to make the system work more efficiently. The work is perfect and done to ensure good airflow all through the house. They also kept us informed along the way and had lots of patience while we waited for the natural gas line to be brought into our yard. I whole heartily recommend Mid West to anyone looking for professional first class service and I know we will never look anywhere else for this type of work.

Dan, Brent, and Aaron deserve a big pat on the back! All three of them were all FANTASTIC to deal with - out of all of the different contractors we’ve had out here doing various jobs, your guys have been the ONLY ones who were here when they said they’d be here, and did exactly what they said they would. (You guys were the only ones who DIDN’T give us a headache!) We’re super happy with their work, and the fact that they even went above and beyond to help us chop up and haul away a different old furnace that was left behind by the previous owner of our house really showed their commitment to EXCELLENT customer service! We’ll definitely be recommending Mid-West to our friends, and call on you folks for any future work we need help with.

At first they were great. Then the second time we had them in for a furnace repair it was a bad experience that ended up me having to get my family out of the house at 3 am for a CO2 alarm . It was a misdiagnosis of the secondary heat exchange. They did however refund the work that was done and just charged us the cost of materials.

Moose Jaw RV & Marine

Big thank you to Mid West! We at Moose Jaw RV and Marine have had a sewer gas leak for years and have had a difficult time solving the problem. Mid West did a great job finding the problem and fixing it!
