1/10/18. Discount has been looking after all my HVAC needs for 40 years. I have had a furnace replaced an a/c and 2bathroom remodels. All units serviced and mainstay by them. My adult children use Discount also. I just replaced my water heater ( last time 16 years) today. Thanks for the prompt service. Chris did a great job along with Kim's muscle power. We came back from a weekend at the lake to discover our boiler had given up the ghost and flooded our basement. We turned off the water and gave Discount Plumbing and Heating a call the next morning. They came out to investigate it within a few hours and replaced the boiler for us the same day as it had corroded right through. Really appreciated the speed and professionalism of their team, particularly as we had (at time of this review) a 3 month old baby and so not having hot water was particularly problematic, I don't feel the price was unfair either and they provided a full quote for us including parts, installation, taxes and everything so no surprises when they were done.

Called in for my water heater in the winter morning and they came and replaced my old water heater on the same afternoon.. After a month they fixed my furnace and the following week my shower.. Happy customer here.. Good job.. Highly recommend

my furnace stopped working by Christmas -40 i contacted them and although they were very booked they came to my house and fixed the furnace, the service was excellent and the person who came did not leave until he was sure everything was working correctly, i highly recommended them

All around a great experience. I had my furnace break down on me and the guys from discount were up the next morning to replace my old furnace,they showed up on time, put down drop clothes and got to work.They had the old furnace out and the new one installed in what i felt was record time for what they had to deal with. Very happy with the end result and highly recommend.They were very professional and took pride in their work. Everything was cleaned up and explained everything. Great to see a company with this kind of customer service.☺

refused to respond to an emergency furnace issue because of a late payment on a previous visit a year ago .... so beware, they are not reliable if you need them. So they no longer will get our furnace cleaning business or referrals.
