Advanced Roofing provided great customer service with professional and timely installation. They completed the work as quoted. Justin took a considerable amount of time going through all the different options available to me for my roof and helped me decide on the best choice. The part I really liked about them was Justin ,the owner, was on-site the entire time to work with his crew which reassured me to the level of craftsmanship of this installation. All others I received quotes from would have unsupervised crews complete the installation. Would not hesitate recommending to others. Very happy!

Stay away from this company. They hire sub contractors from out of town to complete the work. The project inspector has 0 roofing experience. Heres some of there work. When you try to get work fixed the owner threatens to sue you.

Doing my due diligence in searching for a Roofing Company after our roof on our home was damaged from a hail storm; I was fortunate to approach a Company called Advanced Roofing in Moose Jaw owned by Justin Fall. Justin is structured to detail from him providing available options for our needs, price quoting, scheduling, to the completed roof skin replacement and clean-up. Justin is a hands-on person through the whole process to ensure the finish product meets his highest standards and our satisfaction. Justin doesn't manage the project from his office but is alongside his working staff doing the job at hand. I found Justin and his staff very skilled and steadfast in completing the tasks at hand under at times unfavorable weather conditions being the hottest days of summer. I would highly recommend Justin and his staff's knowledge and experience for a person's roofing requirements.

Justin and his crew shingled my house 8 years ago and he is still helping me out at no charge. In the last couple of years I have had a problem with water coming in around my sewer pipe. I called Justin and he came right away and retarred my flashing just to make sure. Lately I have had the same problem and I called again. Justin has been here twice and went above and beyond to help me with this again at no charge and found out for me the problem was elsewhere. I would like to thank Justin for all he did for me as I am a single woman who hasn’t a clue about these things and to me the customer service was just great

July of 2016, we received hail damage to our home up in Sunningdale. Adjuster came out, but because they couldn't go on the roof they were going to send out one of their own roof inspectors who are HAAG Certified. Basically their conclusion was only a couple hits and that they would just pay for a couple shingle patches. Started to see around the neighborhood all the homes that were getting a full shingle replacement, and thought this doesn't seem right that we were only getting a patch up from insurance. I contacted Justin after the winter, and immediately Justin agreed that didn't seem right after what he had been noticing and repairing. I got Justin to perform his own roof inspection, pictures and written document. After Justin's inspection he basically confirmed on what our suspicions were about damaged shingles. So begins the fight with insurance, I never got to witness their document from the insurance inspection. After being at a stand still, Justin's report against theirs, another adjuster was sent out as well as inspection company with the HAAG certification. Justin went out of his way to make sure he was present for the re-inspection, the other two had their minds pre-set on the fact that they were going to stick with their original inspection and only cover patch work. Justin pointed out very clear evidence that all the shingles had been damaged and basically questioned this company with the HAAG Certification on how they could not see this. (Obvious they are in with the insurance companies on trying to save them money). So now, with a very big thank you to Justin, we are getting full shingle replacement and eavestroughs. I couldn't be any happier with the professionalism of Justin and how he told us to just keep fighting and we will get somewhere. The money we paid for the inspection is the best thing we could have done, Justin saved us a lot of money buy fighting for his customers and having our interests first. I don't fully know what this HAAG Certification is, but I am not very impressed by what they had reported to my insurance company and thinking about how many other homes they have done the same thing to. If Justin hadn't shown up they would have just said the same thing as back in last summer. Once again, thank you Justin. Glad I had some previous work from Advanced Roofing that I was very satisfied with and did not hesitate to call back when I was first looking for roof repair after the hail last summer. Advanced Roofing will always be my contractor and have already made numerous recommendations. Can't wait until you guys are out to re-shingle.

They gave us a time and date and then called to say they had an earlier opening, came over and did our roof on the house and garage. Excellent service, quickly done but done right. Justin sent over Ethan and his crew and they were great, here early and stayed until it was all done and cleaned up. Will definitely recommend them to anyone with confidence.
