Acott Plumbing and Heating installed an over the range microwave for us and I cannot thank and commend the installer enough who was professional and had great respect for our place and demonstrated great care when he did the work. A added bonus was the installation of a new modern thermostat to replace our ancient one. I works awesome and will no doubt be more efficient than our old one. He took the old microwave and box the new one came in. Many might say no big deal, but it is when you are a senior. Thankyou so much and all the best for the Christmas season.

These guys answered the phone on the first ring and were at my house to help me within an hour. They fixed washing machine hose that was stuck on its faucet and were very friendly and professional about it. My only advice is to have your servicemen wear a mask when entering people's houses--as this seems to be the standard with other professionals currently.

Acott Plumbing and Heating came recommended by a co-worker. Richard responded promptly to an after hours request for a water heater and was able to painlessly facilitate a warranty replacement. His staff were professional and discovered a previously missed issue with the chimney that could have caused an exhaust issue into the house. An unrelated issue came up a few weeks later and he was my first call. His plumber was able to solve an issue saving the need to replace pipe and undertake more work. Highly recommended.
