We had an appointment on the 2nd of September at 2pm and no one showed up. We called around 2:15pm and we were told that he was in the hospital the evening before. It would have been appreciated to have someone call us early in the morning to tell us that our appointment was cancelled when we told him that he hung up the phone. There was never a day of work missed,or a promise not kept. The job was a 4 month project that was done by quality trades people within the promised time.
