these guys are absolute garbage. they were hired by shady brokers to decontaminate a building a friend was living in. their goal was to kick the tenants out and convert the units into condos. when the tenants refused to leave mid-lockdown around May-June, they WEAPONIZED LUNG CANCER by leaving dry wall dust (asbestos) in the apartment building halls. And then having a meeting to "Warning us" that we will get lung cancer if we don't move out. They purposely left dust all over the halls to make sure they knew they were serious. They also got shut down multiple times by the CNESST for health and safety violations throughout their contract. These profligates should not be allowed to operate.
