Found an 8-foot crack in our basement during a mild weekend. Enough water leaking in that we were starting to panic. Called all the basement repair shops on a Saturday morning. Damien from Perma-Dry was the only company that picked up the phone. Damien was very professional and pleasant to deal with. His crew was able to seal the crack 5 days after the first call. The price was less than I anticipated so I decided to get them to fix another less-problematic crack at the same time. We've had several more mild days since then, and I have yet to see any water leaking in. Their stand behind their work with a guarantee. I would use their services again if needed.

Absolutely incredible experience, called on Friday as my wife and I noticed water in our basement. Turns out there was an 8 foot crack in the foundation and they came over for a consultation and got the job done within days. Absolutely amazing service and the guys were great to deal with. Less than 3 hours and they were in an out, plus they cleaned up the entire mess of insulation and styrofoam and left my basement clean. Would recommend these guys any day of the week!

Great crew. The owner was pleasant and straightforward. Him and his crew came and we're respectful of my family. They were all friendly and were helpful in answering any questions. They worked quick and cleaned up their mess. I will update in the spring with how the sealing went. However there is a guarantee for as long as we own the house and the receipt is in my email. UPDATE: Year 3 and sealing worked as planned. No water at all where there was plenty before.

These guys came to my house and did a stand up job. Respectful, thorough and explanatory along the way. I ended up paying less than the quoted amount which was done remotely via email. The product will need to stand the test of time in order for me to comment but it’s great to feel confident that my basement won’t be bringing in any more water. And if it does, they warranty their work for life. I recommend ????

I was very impressed with the experience, from Damien, the owner to the crew who came to do the work. Very friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond by getting rid of some old pipes that were no longer useful. The final result is fantastic. Better than I had hoped for! Great service. At PermaDry, they find the root of the problem and fix it. My basement turned out to be quite a hard case, the drain tile had to be unclogged and repaired, PermaDry did a great job fixing the drain tile; they did what's needed to be done. (In the end, much smaller area needed to be excavated, which saved plenty of work for them and plenty of money for me.) And they even credited me for some of the earlier work. Great job.

We had a foundation crack repaired by Perma-dry about 8 years ago. A home inspection revealed that a small amount of water was coming in through the crack again. I called and within just a few days, a technician confirmed the small leak and came in to repair the leak under warranty without any hassle.
