Poor communications. Didn't show up when promised. I had moved all of my tools and equipment out of the garage based on their phone call the day before. Didn't show up, didn't call me. I had to chase them and then they couldn't tell me when they would come again. It took three of us two hours to move everything out of the garage and then it rained overnight. Worst experience.

Excellent experience dealing with Hubert and his team. We had to get our concrete at the front and back of our house cleaned and sealed as the previous contractor left the job incomplete. Hubert was prompt, willing and very courteous. Ours was a very small job but he did not make us feel any less valuable. Contracted Toronto Concreate Repairs to resurface our 1,000 sq. ft. Pool Deck and the experience was totally "Above and Beyond our Expectations". Special Thanks goes out to Hubert who was Honest, Professional and a Total Gentleman from start to finish. Hubert made all the right suggestions on how to beautify our backyard pool deck by recommending a Graniflex application over our worn concreate deck. I couldn't believe how many steps were involved in transforming the pool deck into a beautiful oasis which took on the look of a sandy beach in the Caribbean. Hubert's team did an outstanding job and special mention of the work done by PK must be highlighted for working so hard during the entire project; he is definitely a perfectionist. He would work from morning to late evening to make sure the job was done right and we are so appreciative for all he did...a true artist. All the cracks and uneven areas of the deck disappeared after each stage of the project. So happy of the final results that we had them restore our front porch step from the builders' standard precast cement steps to an elegant entryway that shines in the sunlight creating a grand entrance to our home. So very happy with everything that Toronto Concrete Repair did for us and I would highly recommend Hubert and his team for any project. Terrible customer service! I'm having a very hard time understanding the positive reviews. I requested a quote nearly 2 weeks ago. Extremely long delays between emails to set up an appointment. Finally got an appointment for yesterday and was asked to be home from 10 am to 2 pm for the estimator. Arranged my day to accommodate this window. At 1 pm I get a call that they are late and can I wait until 4 pm. After already wasting most of my day I agreed. No one showed up by 4 and no one even bothered to call me to offer explanation or apology by the evening of the following day. Two weeks just to get a quote and then complete disrespect of my time. Given this level of service just to get a quote, I can't imagine how long it would take to actually get a job done. I won't be waiting around to find out.

I did some research into contractors who specialize in these repairs and settled on Toronto Concrete Repairs due to the professional manner in which my inquiry was handled.
