I had high expectations based on the online reviews and HomeStars rating. I booked a date to receive my in home estimate visit. I got my confirmation email - so far so good. The day of the visit came and no one showed up. No one called to cancel - nothing. You only get one chance to make a first impression and you blew it. Not a great way to do business!!!!! I had another appointment on the same day with a different company. They showed up ON TIME and we received our estimate the same day. Guess where we're taking our business to?
