We had a problem with our drainage and eaves since our house was built 25 years ago. Over the years, 2 roofing companies tried to fix the problem and failed. Finally we called in the people from "Let it Rain" and their team diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. Service was prompt and courteous and we could not be happier. From the estimate we received to the finished job, Let it Rain and its employees have exceeded my husband and I’s expectations. We were careful in choosing our contractor because of all the horror stories we’ve heard, and I can confidently said that we chose the right one. The salesman, the roofers, and Bruno (the president) were such a breeze to deal with and they managed to fix the issues we were having with our roof. Had this company out not too long ago to do our roof Had a wind storm and a few of the shingles blew off. Had them come out and replace them seeing as they did the roof and they had no problem giving us another bill. we paid it thinking "well at least it's fixed". Wrong. Had another wind storm, more shingles blew off. Called another company to come out and replace the missing shingles only to tell us that they never nailed the shingles down. NONE OF THEM. only some type of glue/tar was used. Very poor customer service, they clearly skimped on the job, Now we've got another storm and we've got shingles ready to blow off just before the rainy season starts. Would not use these guys ever again or recommend them. charged us a pretty penny too and did not do a proper job. Do not use them.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I initially called Let it Rain on SEPT. 22, it took about two weeks to get an appointment. The first three appointments were cancelled. The fourth appointment, on OCT 27, he didn't show up within the scheduled time slot. I called the office to find out if he was still coming, but got no help. The technician called about 30 minutes later, to let me know he was running late. (Would have been nice to know that during the actual time slot he was expected.) Turns out he thought I was in Oakville, but I'm in Oshawa, so he wasn't even in my area. Reluctantly, I went ahead and scheduled a FIFTH appointment for the following day. After a couple of hours I thought "I've given this company four chances, that's enough". I called the office and left a message at the technician's extension to cancel, and advised that I would not be re-scheduling. Well, the technician showed up at my house, and claimed he didn't get the message that I cancelled. This technician is so disorganized he doesn't know where his customers are located, and doesn't bother to check his own personal voice mail. So if you get a technician named 'Raeny', do yourself a favour, and request someone else. I doubt he'll even bother to show up.

Today, I received a phone call back from a male party named Bruno. I had requested an estimate from this company and I understood this call was pertaining to my estimate I had requested. This person asked me what was wrong with my roof. I replied by saying I wasn't sure and the request I had made was for this company to advise me as to whether or not I needed new shingles or repairs. This Bruno caller responded with," do you want a botch job or a good job"? I was caught off guard with such an inconsiderate response from what I thought was a professionally run company. I replied by saying that I needed a professional to come out and tell me ,what if anything I needed with regards to my roof. He abruptly ended the dialogue and said he couldn't come for out for the estimate. I knew from the start of the phone conversation this company was less than professional. What would have happened if I did require repairs or a new roof, who knows what kind of work would have been performed. This owner/employee was beyond rude. Customer service training and/or communication training would greatly benefit this individual. My advise: Stay Away.

Let is rain has been by far one of the best, most honest and efficient companies to deal with. Not only did we get our roof and gutters done with them we also did the siding of our entire house. The crews were very friendly and made sure to clean up everything they used that day. They got the job done in record time and we could not be happier. I put on new Eaves and Downspout on home and my neighbor across the street asked me how they did, as they wanted to use your Company. So I told them how pleased I was with all aspects of my involvement with Let it Rain Ltd., from my first contact with respect to sales and estimates to the final one, the manner in which the details were delivered was thorough and complete. I was always kept informed of what to expect. As far as the service of work the men arrived on time and conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner. They took care in addressing all my questions and concerns. They were careful in all aspects of the completion of their work, including the clean up procedure. I had a leak in my front porch roof. I contacted Let It Rain after a Neighbour recommended them. Raeny came out, did an inspection and pinpointed the problem. He suggested a resolution and a subsequent quote. His quote was considerably less than I expected. His crew attended and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Let It Rain and if I require any work done in the future, I know just where to go!

Let It Rain recently completed another roofing job for me. As previously experienced and expected , it was done in a perfect, timely and professional manner. My family and friends and neighbours have been using Let It Rain for many years for both large and small roofing and related projects because they are reliable and honest and they provide great value for your money, and they do it right. The knowledge and the experience of the staff and management, and the materials used are among the best in the industry. What impresses me greatly is the post installation service and maintenance that is readily available when required. Unlike some other companies, no job is too small, and they will be around. Give them a try when when you are in the market for the type of work that they do. You will not be disappointed.

Workers are very professional and fast, but the cost in the contract is a little misleading. The actual cost of the work is the "Total Contract" number, not the more prominent bold number for "Balance Owing." The Balance Owing number will be less because it assumes you've already paid the deposit. However, you don't pay the deposit until after you sign the contract. So, when you first receive the contract, the actual amount you will owe for the work is more than the "Balance Owing" number indicates.

Phoned the office requesting a quote for new roof, new eves, and new vent for bathroom fan. Someone showed up without calling - we were not home anyway - from our home security system we watched him stand on the street to look at the roof then write up a quote and drop it in between the door. It did not include eves, it did not include new vent for bathroom. in total - it took him 2m39s to pull up, stand on the street to eyeball the roof, write up a quote and leave. He did phone a few days later to see if they could get the job. Seems so contrary to the 3 Rs the company promotes on the Frank Cohen Show.

Let It Rain just finished a great job for us. We needed to replace the roof and we got a few different quotes and Let It Rain was not the highest or the lowest we chose them because of how thorough their quote was and Bruno was very informative and professional. We pretty much knew we were going to pick Let It Rain when Bruno left our house and I'm glad we did. They're honest and the guys were very professional, they left our property tidy and my house has a new look! The Landmark Pro Shingles on our house just revamped the whole face of our home. My wife and I could not be happier. We are having Gary from Let It Rain come and quote our basement renovation project next.

We have been using Let it Rain Ltd. for many years now. They have performed several different projects for us such as roof repairs after storms, replacement of vents, and replacement of downspouts and drains. This year we had a new roof installed and replaced our old deck. In each case the work was expertly done and as usual the workers were very professional and completed the projects in a very efficient and timely manner. We would highly recommend Let it Rain Ltd. for any of your roof or other home renovation projects.

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. I initially contacted Let it Rain more than four weeks ago (for both a internal renovation job and roof repair), and when no one returned my email, I called. I spoke with Chanelle who was very friendly and took my inform down, assuring me they would have a quote emailed to me within three days. That was three WEEKS ago, and I have heard nothing from them since. I emailed again, and called but no one has bothered to return any of my messages. CLEARLY this a company that doesn’t care about potential customers.

It was a beast of a job with shingles, flats, gables, a turret, ridge vents and insulation. The foreman was watching over the job like a hawk. Ok, so they left too many nails on my property at the end but that was the only imperfection. After more than 5 years, not a single issue. The roof is rock solid with no leaks or missing shingles and the upstairs is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Well done!

My parents needed their roof repaired ASAP because the water leak was coming into the room where my elderly parents spend most of the time . Let it rain understood the urgency and was able to dispatch a crew a couple of days after our go ahead for the work was given. Chantelle and Jessica in the office and Raeny’s crew were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Tried to get them out for a quote, they told me they are busy and if I could wait they could have someone out in about 4 weeks, after 5 weeks I followed up and no reply, and not is has been 6 weeks and still nothing and I cant seem to get any to get back to me - this is why you shouldn't believe radio ads If you didn't have time just tell me don't lead me along - shame on you guys! spend less on advertising and more on customer service
