Careful what you sign up for with Saif, I still have pending work to be finished for a project that started in March 2021. He will always make you feel as he has charged you less for a job and always kept adding Cost. Quality of work and material is average, to many things are not addressed fully and always the blame was on previous contractors or the house being Old. Initially we were happy and started to recommend Heptagon to family and friends but now I regret this. Saif has stopped responding to my messages and call. This is absolutely shameful. Hopefully no one else has to go through this. If you have not decided on a lump sum fixed amount, be prepared to go for a joy ride from him. I am a pro DIY guy and could clearly see through his non sense and scare tactics. I generally do not write bad reviews, but this has been a terrible experience, I would be happy to clarify if anyone has any questions.
