Real Life

I was so lucky to find David. I have this very large window panel (about 5 ft x 4 ft) outside above the garage which was peeling and the wood was rotting. I called Dave and he came over within the hour. The wood beams needed to be removed and replaced and the whole thing needed a new paint job. He did everything so conscientiously and in a good price. He also is super nice and friendly. We will definitely be using him for all renos in our house and I will refer him to all my real estate clients. Thanks Dave!

Davin recently performed a powder room renovation and converted my living room into a home office. He was extremely professional, always on time, trustworthy, took the time to explain what he was doing and provided valuable input on choice of materials (tiles, etc). I was very happy with the end product and the fact that the work was all done in a week. He was always personally on site, wore PPE, was friendly and I was very comfortable having him in our home. I would highly recommend his services for a large or small project!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Davin was Very Professional, Very Knowledgable, a Great Communicator who explained the job clearly and executed with Very High Quality. He anticipated that the job would require more than I understood what was required with my limited house repair knowledge and came prepared with his tools. Safety-wise, he was doing outside work not near anyone but offered to wear a mask. He provided detailed recommendations for my own follow up work that didn't have to involve his services. He was available the same day and is insured. He provided before and after photos which was helpful in providing assurance of the quality of his work and that he left intact what was unnecessary to alter. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others!

I got my interlocking done last year, but the contractor that made my flower bed did not put any provision for rain water to seep down and in the last rains, water from the flower bed seeped into the basement. So, I called Dave and he graciously agreed to accomodate my service call in one day and came right on time and fixed the problem in a very efficient and professional manner. He even did couple of other small jobs without asking for extra money. He was very courteous , friendly and professional. I would definitely reccomend him for any of your home renovation needs. I was looking for a handyman to do work for clients would recently moved to Mississauga. After doing a Google search and speaking with multiple contractors Davin was very helpful and agreed to remove it for a reasonable cost. I explained that I needed a satellite dish removed from the front of their new home they just purchased and to repair any holes. I was confident after speaking with Davin to connected him to my clients to have the work done which he booked directly. Davin was prompt to schedule an appointment and he not only did what he said he was going to do for the cost BUT he went above and beyond to remove all the extra wiring in order to do the job right! I went looking for a new handyman when I discovered our previous handyman is an anti-vaxxer. My Mom is 89, and we can't risk an unvaccinated person in her house. We found Davin and he is fantastic! He immediately showed me his vaccination info. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable and meticulous (in both his work and clean up). With home repairs, you frequently encounter an issue. I really like that Davin would present alternatives and give me a recommendation. He would also point out when something was unnecessary - for example, when he was replacing a lock and door handle for me, he showed me the current strike plate was safer than the one that came with the new door handle and lock - much appreciated. I am so relieved to have found Davin, and we will be using him for all 3 of our houses.

They were professional and meticulous in their work, overcoming some challenges such as pipes blocked by the new vanity. And they were fun guys to talk to, very personable.
