Recently I had damage to my roof from a windstorm and as the shingles were about 15 years old, I called a few roofers for quotes on a new roof. George from CoverAll Roofing came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and took the time to explain what my roof needed and which shingles would be best. I had quotes from two other roofers but because of his knowledgeable approach and good price I chose George at CoverAll Roofing to do the job. George was in regular contact with me to discuss the details, even persuading me to choose a less expensive shingle as he didn't think it was worth the extra expense for the higher price style of shingle I was considering. We had further shingle damage from another storm and George took the time to come out and do a temporary repair until the new roof was put on. When the install day arrived, George and his team, led by Oleg, arrived early (7:30am) and got right to work on taking off the old roof, taking the time to lay out tarps for falling debris and moving outdoor furniture that was under the eaves. I was impressed with how diligent they were not to damage eaves or house trim, and how polite and respectful they all were. The job was finished at 3pm and the team had everything cleaned up in no time, making you wonder if they had even been there. George's brother Mark showed up later after George had to leave, to see that the job was completed and again the approach was professional and pleasant, Mark taking the time to explain common roof issues to watch for and reassuring me to call if I had any further questions or concerns. Shortly after, George called to ask if I was satisfied with the completed project and to thank me for choosing CoverAll. It was such a refreshing change from many contractors approach to deal with George and Mark, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CoverAll Roofing to anyone considering having their roof replaced.

I recently went through the difficult process of finding a roofing contractor to replace the roofing shingles of my home in Richmond Hill. I eventually gave the contract to Coverall Roofing in June 2018, and the installation was completed near the end of July 2018. My decision was based in part on the positive posted reviews as well as the fact that Mr. George Lyons, as the company’s representative, responded to my various questions and provided requested copies of safety and insurance documents. Some companies were not so forthcoming. Overall, I was happy with the service provided and the crew that installed the shingles. There was however one thing that concerned me. This related to the fact that no metal valleys were used during the installation process. I did not notice that this was not included on the contract. I immediately spoke to Mr. Lyons about this and he told me that they used what is known as a “closed cut” valley installation method in which the shingles are overlapped in the valleys. I was also told that this method is better for ice and snow climatic conditions we here while the use of metal valleys are more suited to areas that receive a lot of rain. I have since done some research and found that there is some controversy as to which is the better method. I wished that I was made aware that metal valleys would not be used prior to the installation so that I could have made a more informed decision.

They had the most competitive bid of the three roofers we talked to, and Mark was by far the most responsive and did a good job explaining the job, the various options etc. To top it off, they accommodated a last-minute change in the requested colour and circled back after a few days to take care of one loose end. My neighbours have all started to use his services as well. Recently I have began to add solar panels to my roof and he has consulted with the Solar company to come up with the best means of anchoring the system down. Tricky to get good roofing companies. You won't be dissapointed.

We started our house renovation and it later came up that the roofing had to be done as well. So I started to look for a roofing company. It was May and of course most of people were telling me that the earliest availability even for the estimate was in July. So we were looking at the end of August the earliest to have it done. That was until I came across CoverAll Roofing. They are located pretty close to our home and were so responsive and nice to deal with that I had no doubt we would be going with them. Having read all the reviews here and on google (all 10/10) only reinforced my confidence. I think we got a pretty decent price from these guys, considering the quality of the material and the job that was done. They also changed some ply wood and did not charge much for this additional work. Everything was done as agreed, on schedule and within one day! I had made a mistake with colour selection but guys were nice enough to change the material after it was delivered. In other words, we are extremely happy about everything - quality of work, material and service, which also matters a lot these days. George and Mark are great guys and I strongly recommend them as the best roofing company around. Thank you guys!

Very happy with new roof/ very professional/ highly recommend Coverall was recommended by neighbours who had their roof done 5 years ago. Mark was responsive, offered what I thought was a very reasonable quote (much lower than two other quotes for comparable products/service), and was just a pleasant person to interact with. On the day of the roof replacement we were away and my father in law came to check in on the work. Mark's crew gave my FOL constant updates throughout the day as to status and what and why they were taking each step. Our neighbours reported excellent clean up. There were some "surprises" when the crew got to work (an issue with the chimney, birds nests, wood under the flat roof needing replacement). The additional cost for these fixes was so reasonable - and they really didn't have to be because at that point realistically they could have given us an expensive quote and we wouldn't have had much of a choice but to take it. I thought that was very classy. We are thrilled with the way our new roof looks and expect it will last a long time. Highly recommend Coverall.

Owners are always responsive and answered all of my questions. When we asked if our roof needed a Maxi vent, George was honest and told us our roof was breathing fine and did not need one but he could install one if we'd like. The crew did a great job installing the new roof and cleaning up the site afterwards. We are very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend and use them again. These guys are professional, thorough and give you peace of mind.

After taking some measurements he took us through the 2 versions of shingle samples, helping us to make an informed decision as to the best choice for our home. Considering the scope of the project, we thought his quote was very reasonable. The project started the next day when the materials his team would need were dropped off as promised. The following day George’s team arrived as expected 8am. We appreciated their promptness and the fact that they showed up when they were expected. That doesn’t always happen with contractors! Coverall impressed me from start to finish. My roof needed to be replaced & I wanted a quality job and good value. After a lot of research & estimates from others I had 100% confidence in choosing Coverall. Good people. Good prices. Good Products. Good workmanship. They installed Landmark shingles (Driftwood was a great colour choice for my house - thanks for that), flashings, vents, drip edge, synthetic underlay, ice and water membrane. All done in one day and on budget. Will be enjoying a worry free roof for years to come.

I asked a neighbour about the work they had done on their roof and they pointed me to Coverall Roofing for their speed, professionalism and attention to detail and the fact that a couple others in our neighborhood also recommended them. I needed a complete overhaul of the front half of the roof, new plywood on the deck, shingles, etc. I got a quote and it was very competitive with a top-ranked roofer that I used in the past, but wanted to give Coverall a try to diversify my options and know what else is out there. The weather was still on the chilly side in late March, but they came and started in the morning as I was leaving for work, and by the time I came back the work was done! Not only that, but the property was cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known that I had the entire roof ripped off earlier in the day! Very impressed with how quickly the work was done and happy that they got it done at the first break of weather above freezing and before the spring rains came! I also want to note about that attention to detail... even though the work initially quoted for was completed, they noticed an issue with the flashing around my chimney that was not properly handled by a previous contractor and came back a couple days later to fix it. Without this extra bit of work, there was a potential path for water to get in. It's this sort of attention that really made me feel like they cared about the integrity of my house as much as me. Excellent work and I would highly recommend Coverall Roofing!

We had a great experience with coverall roofing and can easily recommend their services. We needed replacing a shingles roof, a flat roof and eaves/soffits. We asked a few companies for quotes and George from Coverall Roofing was by far the most professional- he came right away and took time to look around and understand our needs. Coverall Roofing did an excellent job of removing all old layers from the peaked and flat roof, cleaning the site each day when done and finishing quickly. It felt like they were not even here and magically I have a new roof. I had them add insulation for the flat roof, the second floor in these old East York homes get cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Once the insulation was added, we noticed an immediate difference. Well worth it. Coverall Roofing also added in a new bathroom vent. It is a shame I have to wait 20-25 years to have them do my next roof. Highly recommend

Our shingles were in need of replacement due to the strong winds we’ve experienced in recent years. I called several companies for quotes and decided to go with Coverall Roofing. George explained in detail the type/quality of shingle his company uses, vs what had been used previously on our roof. He was honest with us right from the beginning letting me know that the 2018 roofing season was soon coming to a close, as the cold weather was fast approaching. He told me we would be top of the list for the next season. As soon as the weather warmed up, George was ready to schedule our replacement. With some signs of water damage starting to appear on the ceiling under my flat roof I decided to have several roofing companies come out to quote on replacing the roof. Mark was able to come out to inspect the roof and prepare a quote while I was at work. He provided detailed pictures of the current state of the roof and a very fair and detailed quote and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed. As in all cases when I have contractors come out I disregard the highest and lowest outlier quotes and make my decision based on researching the company, the products to be used and my interactions with the company. Coverall Roofing earned top marks in all categories. Mark was able to answer my questions and was a pleasure to deal with when discussing the Job. The company reviews were good online and the materials they quoted were highly regarded. Mark was also able to correspond with Mase Masonry to coordinate the work to be completed the day after we had new chimney built. The crew was in and out in a day and I couldn't be happier with their work. The crew was also very professional and considerate(my wife who was home with our baby that day had nothing but positive things to say about her interactions with them). I have no second thoughts about my decision and no concerns with the finish product. If you have a roofing project you should at least have them quote on the work.

I had a leak in my kitchen and needed new shingles after the many windstorms this winter. I did some reading online looking for some reviews and I found a couple companies to get quotes from, one was Coverall Roofing. I ended up choosing them because the price was better and I just liked George who came to do the quote, he was a pleasant and honest guy. Coverall did the job just over week after the quote which was great because I was worried about the leak. We had a problem with the weather on the scheduled Saturday because of high winds so they generously offered to come on Sunday which I thought was great! The guys who did the work were also pleasant and respectful and did a good job cleaning up after. Overall I was very happy with the whole process. We have probably needed new shingles for a few years and leaving it this long could have really cost us more money. Luckily the new shingles and weatherproof underlay should fix the leak and a little paint the damage. George and his guys at Coverall should be able to help you with anything roof related you need, he's honest, accommodating and they do good work.

It was a massive job with lots of room to find hidden problems, but Mark took that into account when he quoted the job, and it came in on time and on budget. When I say on budget, I mean it didn't cost a dollar more than the estimate. Mark is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. His team are hardworking, efficient and kept my lawn and gardens protected during the 3 day job. I bought a roof for a previous house a few years ago and having done the research back then I knew I just wanted to make it easy and get 3 quotes on Certainteed Landmark. I got quotes from 3 nearby companies listed as installers on the shingle companies website. The 3 quotes were all within a two hundred bucks of each other so I went with the best Google review score/gut feeling. George was professional, emailed me a quote, no 1980’s carbon copy chicken scratch quote. Enjoyed dealing with him. The roof installers were professional, polite and tidied up really well (and didn’t do any damage to my gardens!!)
