Owner & Installer supposed to provided the 10 year Warranty on Parts and Labour and Material. In reality provided Parts and Labour for 8 of the 10 years. Reneged on final 2 Years Warranty. Whenever Service was required for repairs ...waited for as long as 4- 5 Months during coldest winter months. Advised on several occasions was attempting to sell business.......wonder why could not sell?

Heatpump is not working since april, they still haven't fixed it (now october), they almost never answer the phone when i called, they never called me giving me updates on when they were gonna come. 0/10
