Excellent and timely service at an hopefully an agreeable rate. I had an emergency with a septic clog, Although I have not seen the invoice yet, I am exceptionally happy with the promptness and quality of service, I just hope that the invoice will not make me change my mind, however I am hoping that I will pay for what I got. These guys are super responsive and very professional,. Thank you Triple Tech for being available 24/7.

Great experience from initial call to paying for the work. Showed up on time, work was done quickly and they gave a good explanation of the problem and how they solved it. Would definitely use them again. A lot of places in town don't return calls or show up when they say they will, but based on this experience Triple Tech is totally reliable.

Poor work, did not solve problem and due to incompetence caused damage. Brought in Winmar who was pushy and cut a deal with them instead of customer. After entire ordeal still billed for the job that was not only incomplete but actually costly for customer. Owner not accountable for damage or workmanship.

The installation team was on-time, clean, careful and respectful performing their task in my house, answered any questions I had and corrected some things that were poorly done by the previous installer. The furnace install is neat and tidy and I feel good about the purchase and the experience that I had. Thank you! The office staff was friendly and efficient. Perfect! My A/C quit on me so I called Triple Tech the next morning & they came by that afternoon. Dave found the problem as soon as he opened up the furnace (a part had shorted/burned out) & he ordered the part which came in sooner than expected. He had it all installed & done in about 20 mins. The pricing was excellent & everything was done in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommended!! Over the last 6 months I have had several situations that required immediate attention. In the summer with 2 AC issues and now in the winter with sewer issues. In every situation they were able to be there the same day of the initial call and got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The sewer issue happened on Dec. 30th, 2020 when they were on holiday hours. Holidays and COVID didn't had zero effect on there service. Just wanted to say thank you and how much we appreciate the service

Spotty performance. They cut a hole in my wall then told me heater wouldn't work. You'd think they'd check that first before cutting the hole? Currently called them to fix sputtering radiant and they got here fast, couldn't fix it and over week later still haven't responded. Poor

Triple Tech heating and cooling installed an electric hot water tank at our cottage. We discussed our options and answered my questions. it took them a bit long to give me a quote however they installed the tank promptly and it took about three hours to complete the installation. Scott also removed and disposed the old hot water tank. He took his time to explain the features of the new tank. Great service. Highly recommend them.

I used this company to do a service call in the winter. The service technician disconnect some wires from the A/C unit. The same tech advised me, if my A/C is not working in the summer, call them back. Months later, I tried to turn on the A/C and it did not work so I called them back. The service technician came and was troubleshooting the problem. It turns out that the problem was the wires were disconnect from the previous technician. This company charged me $279.68! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the technician did finally got the A/C working. If you want to be scammed out of money, then this is the company for you.

Very very disappointed. Poor quality. Hot and cold water lines placed on outside walls by plumbers even though I built new interior walls per the triple tech owners request. When I pointed this out to plumbers they ignored me. Then they blamed me when the pipes were in the wall too deep (against the cold outside walls) and said I had to pay extra for extension pipes. The plumber even said he didn’t know I was going to tile the shower??? What a crazy thing to say...did he think I was going to paint my shower walls? They did not bring ABS p-traps for sink install and said I should have supplied. How was I even supposed to know what size or type of p-trap/drain to buy. I’m not the plumber, they are. Finally, after I took over job, finished plumbing, tiling all done etc., the pipes froze on first cold day...after all they were on the cold outside walls where the plumber put them. This is a $10k + job to fix, all tiles and drywall removed, redo plumbing, drywall, and tiles. Not impressed. As an aside the HVAC - heating guys came in to put new heat runs into bathroom. Again sloppy construction, no taping on joints or seams which will lead to heat loss. I taped seams and joints myself. Bruce, midland

The people at Triple Tech were very helpful. We called them at around 8:30 am for help, as the furnace had stopped working in the very early morning, thus it had gotten very cold. By 11:30 am the furnace's "ventor motor" was replaced. Our furnace is heating nicely and quietly. Thank you for being efficient.
