Update: we called them regarding the below issue and they came out and fixed the screen the same day. This helped redeem the situation, however the communication within this establishment needs more focus. Thank you! Changing from 1 star to 3 stars.
This was a disappointing experience. We chose this company because it is local to our community. We first contacted them on July 6th. Shortly after they sent an associate over to our home to measure the window. We then ordered the screen. Multiple weeks went by and we were told the delay was due to the frame not being available. Due to global supply chain issues with COVID we understood. Another few weeks go by and we follow up again, only to be told the screen is ready down in Mississauga, however they are waiting to have a full truck load to pick up before going to get it. Not a great customer experience so far. Further discussion is had, another week goes by and finally we are told the screen is ready for pick up. We do not have AC and the house has been very hot, so this was great news! My partner uses his lunch break to go pick the screen up, brings it home for the screen to NOT FIT. The associate that took the measurements, or whoever cut the screen, cut it too small so the screen doesn't fit in the window frame. We're going on 6 weeks now, after patiently waiting, only to bring it home for the screen to not fit.
This has been a terrible customer experience. Next time we will go to a box store or somewhere else where they clearly know what they are doing.
