They came in to fix the windows and those were well done. So the repair aspect of it was wonderful. What leaves me unsatisfied was their cleaning up after themselves. When entering they didn't take their boots off or put boot covers on for coming onto our carpeted flooring. They had a shop vac with them and it sounded like they vacuumed but I come out to put the couch back and relax and I had to spend my own time vacuuming cause there was chip paints and plaster on the couch and floor, along with wood shavings. I am in a lot of pain due to back and knee problems and having to vacuum when I would rather be sitting and trying to let my body relax was quite off putting. Leads me to wonder what would happen if they were to have to fix windows in the home of someone who was disabled and left with that mess. Once again, the windows were well done, but the after care of their mess was not satisfactory in the least.

I needed a piece of plexiglass for our annual Turkey Dinner. Everyone was so kind, professional. . . I am at a loss for words. The service I received was the best. Christmas came early this year and simply saying thank you seems so inadequate but it's from my heart. Thank you for all you do for so many. Templeton Windows are the best. Bless you all.

Worst communication skills I have ever experienced. Not sure how they are even still in business based on the other reviews I have read (should have read them before hiring them) and my own experience. Long story short I was given such a run around about my small simple job that I paid my current balance and told them not to return. Waited 3 months for one window and a door to be installed and never did get the door. You can only be told so many times that they would show up and then not before getting irate. After expressing our concern for this lack of respect for the customer we were only disrespected again when the apparent owner of the company didn't even have the decency to call us back to address the issues with their minions. I support local business and that's why I chose this company but i will never recommend and infact share my experience with everyone I can.

Great Job, The young guys that were sent did an excellent job. They Removed three very old heavy outside doors and installed our new ones that we ordered from Templetons. Great job!! Installed trim, caulking and hardware.Cleaned up, and removed all waste including old doors. We are very happy with this company.

Update: we called them regarding the below issue and they came out and fixed the screen the same day. This helped redeem the situation, however the communication within this establishment needs more focus. Thank you! Changing from 1 star to 3 stars. This was a disappointing experience. We chose this company because it is local to our community. We first contacted them on July 6th. Shortly after they sent an associate over to our home to measure the window. We then ordered the screen. Multiple weeks went by and we were told the delay was due to the frame not being available. Due to global supply chain issues with COVID we understood. Another few weeks go by and we follow up again, only to be told the screen is ready down in Mississauga, however they are waiting to have a full truck load to pick up before going to get it. Not a great customer experience so far. Further discussion is had, another week goes by and finally we are told the screen is ready for pick up. We do not have AC and the house has been very hot, so this was great news! My partner uses his lunch break to go pick the screen up, brings it home for the screen to NOT FIT. The associate that took the measurements, or whoever cut the screen, cut it too small so the screen doesn't fit in the window frame. We're going on 6 weeks now, after patiently waiting, only to bring it home for the screen to not fit. This has been a terrible customer experience. Next time we will go to a box store or somewhere else where they clearly know what they are doing. Measure twice, cut once!

I need new windows so I got a quote and was told it would be a week before it was sent to me. I waited 2 weeks and finally got a call saying they sent me the quote and the government rebate program is over and if I want to still get it I have 24 hours to sign the documents and get a down payment together. Would not recommend to anyone.

So far not impressed with the service that my contractor is getting and in such myself. A window was ordered and we were told it would be 3 weeks and that was 6 weeks ago now. They have also been terrible at returning phone calls. For future renovations we will be going elsewhere and requesting that our contractor not purchase from Templeton as well.

Best Customer Service! I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I recently had many panels of non-glare glass that I required to be ‘Re-cut’... and had great customer service. Everyone from the “bubbly” receptionist to the gentleman cutting the glass (Jamie)... proved to be very positive. I have used this company before... always great service... highly recommended!????????
