WOW is about all I can say. I try to support local business but how patient do we need to be? Dropped off a template for two pieces of laminated safety glass to be cut, person working could not quote me a price and promised that someone would call me, a week later I went back and picked up my template from the same person that couldn’t quote me earlier and took my business to Barrie. Really unfortunate, the person I dealt with seemed to be there regularly and tried to help but, from what I experienced, no support.
