My wife and I tried to take a drive through what appears to be a nice looking development on a sunny Saturday afternoon to get a sense of the emerging community. We were stopped by a marked security car at the main road (which appears to be publicly built and maintained and is not marked otherwise), told it was a private area and asked to leave. I guess we don't look like the kind of people they want to sell to. That says enough to us about what they are trying to create.
