Rock wood Roofing replaced our roof seven years ago, in the process they damaged the eaves trough in a number of places. During the job I mentioned that they were damaging the eavestrough, the answer was basically no response from the workers or the company owner and they made no effort to protect them. They also applied caulking in messy beads about an inch wide in many places. This year I noticed that some shingles were coming loose, so I called and left messages, there was no return call. About six weeks later they were roofing at a nearby home so I approached the owner to come and have a look, even though I had the dated invoice in my hand indicating a ten year warranty he said it had been more than ten years. I asked again if he could take a look at the end of the day, his response was , I'm too f!!kin busy to look at it, and that's the last I heard from him. I am writing this review today, as I noticed his truck at the neighboring home, I wish them luck!

We used Rockwood Roofing this past fall (2021) and are very happy with the results. We took Jamie and his crews advice once the work proceeded and some unknown variables were found. Jamie was also very adaptive in ordering and installing the shingles that we specifically wanted rather than their normal company. We are in the construction business ourselves and can understand that scheduling can be hard, when the time crunch came they showed up with a full crew and had it done in one day. Would recommend to anybody. The bill was also exactly what was estimated.

The roofing job and price was fair however the owner or supervisor is very difficult to get a hold of. He doesn’t return your calls until weeks later. The main portion of my father’s roof was replaced about 6 years ago. He wanted the back section replaced this spring so we shopped around and this company was still a good price and they did work for us previously. I was hesitant to use this company from that ‘alright’ experience but my father liked the man so we hired him. I asked for a quote and it took weeks to receive after him reviewing my fathers’ roof. It took weeks after that for a receipt to appear at his door. As mentioned above, the main portion of the roof was replaced by this company less than 6 years ago, it is now leaking from the attic. We called the company that night to come and investigate, he said he would the next day (this was last Tuesday) so surprise it has been another week with no word from the gentleman. Very unprofessional. If you are willing to put up with poor service or responsibility (with a roof that potentially leaks before a decade), this is the company for you.

I had my shingles replaced by Rockwood roofing in the spring/summer of 2018. I have a complex roof line, very tall and several pitches and the owner of Rockwood and his crew did a great job on the workmanship. The customer service received was amazing from start to finish. The professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality were all very satisfactory. I would recommend Rockwood Roofing to anyone and would gladly give a specific reference if needed. Kings Inn

Completely unprofessional business person. When called them for a repair job. Took months of phone calls and texts and when they showed up. Every time it was a fake promise and excuses. The repair job wasn't as discussed and started accusing me doing things which were not done by me. How can a professional business owner accuse their customer without listening their facts. The owner started swearing at me in a very expletive language, insulting me and my character. Do not trust a word because he doesn't remember a word of the conversation you will have with him. I would infidelity look somewhere else. PS - I normally don't post reviews or never do, but this one hit the point.
