Technician was amazing, listened to all my concerns about an issue I was having with my plumbing going back many years. After several attempts to resolve the issue using traditional methods he traveled back to the shop to grab this new high tech power flushing system. An hour later my 10 year problem was resolved!!!! Hopefully this will be the last time I hear the wife saying "Honey the sink is clogged again..." I only wish I called sooner then wasting my time fiddling with this issue over the years. If you have a plumbing problem I highly recommend St Amant. Our technician Scott was supper professional and went above and beyond to fix our issue, even after he got it draining he stayed and kept going because it simply was not draining right. I can tell you its definitely fixed right now!!

The customer service was great and they were super nice and informative. When I got the bill in the mail though, they charged $12.00 for shop supplies. When I called to question this as they didn't used any tools just looked at it, apparently its also used as a standard fee for gas to get to my house (I'm 10 minutes from the shop). They also charged me for a full hour when they were only at the house for 20 minutes as they dont have a half-hour fee.

Have called twice to book venting for dryer never get a call back. Last time we were told they’d book a work order and someone would then call with a date still nothing. Clearly they don’t want business.. don’t waste your time

Our experience with HS St. Amant Sons (& Daughter) Inc. was definitely over the top! Our first purchase a few years ago was an air conditioner for our home of which "placement of" had its challenges on our property. But the guys figured it out and we are very happy with the results. The work was exceptional and we felt like important customers during the installation process. Always friendly, always professional. Haven't had to call them back for a repair! We will certainly look to their organization for future home purchases.

Terrible Terriblei called them to unclog my bathroom sink they sent 2 kids looked like they were in high school they poured some magic potion down the drain they told my wife it should be clear in a couple hours and they will follow up later in the day well the magic potion did not work, I did not hear from them I just got n invoice from them for $350they were ot even in the house an hour so I called a real plumber

I moved to this area in 1999. House had electric heat. I used the cheapest company to install gas furnace. Error!!! When some thing broke down, St. Amant fixed it. They have been my go to company ever since for plumbing, heating, a/c. Never disappointed.

Sales staff did not return calls after I placed an order. Had to go into the store to get any help. I bought a new tub/shower and toilet. Installers did not know what they had to install. They installed the wrong toilet, then was over charged for the wrong toilet. Was also charged for 8 hours of labor when they only worked 6. Poor communication. I just wanted to support local and was disappointed.

Bought a filter for my humidifier for $40.00, found the identical one in Canadian tire for $16.00. Even so, I made an appointment for new central air, no one called and no one showed up. Will never use them for my furnace or anything else again.

We are adding a new bathroom to our house which is scant blocks away from their location in Penetang. I have been in twice to request an appointment for someone to come by and give us an estimate on the plumbing. Have been told twice that someone will call me. A month later, nothing. Go in to ask if I can book an appointment - they don't seem to have any basic scheduling capability. Was told again that someone will call. I will definitely not use this company. If this is how they treat prospective customers, then I have zero confidence they would ever show up on time or on schedule. Really disappointed. Pretty shoddy way to run a business.
