Looks like we had the same experience as the person 2 years ago. We just had a horrible experience with them. After getting a quote on March 13 and agreement for paving Last week in May, First week in June, not only did they not show up or tell us they wouldn't be coming; they barely responded to email and phone messages for an update on when they were coming. When we did speak with them, it was one excuse after another. When finally today (June 4 2021), they again didn't do as they promised, we called and cancelled the agreement their response was 'awesome' showing no care for us as customers; no apology. Nothing but frustration and lost time. WE are now scrambling to find a reliable paver. I'd give them a 0 if I could. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We called in March to get an estimate and finally got one. She kept telling us that they would be coming the first week of May then it was the second week, then it was the first week in June then the second week. This continued on thru the summer. On August 22 she said she would be there the following Tuesday or Wednesday (Aug. 24 or 25). No show. Karen did not have the courtesy to call us nor would she return our calls. Several messages were left for her during these 5 months but nothing happened. She is totally unprofessional. We ended up getting another company who came the same day to give us an estimate and did the driveway two weeks later. We tried to get someone locally to support our community but this turned out to be a disaster.

Called G&J about a quote for my driveway, they came within a few days. We set a date for June 4th 2019 to have it done. Unfortunately it poured rain that day. I called them that evening about rescheduling another day. I received a call back the next day, they did my driveway on the 6th. Very happy with the job they did. Thank you G&J. Mat.

I worked for this company for 3 days as a laborer and it was the worst experience iv ever had working any where. I never got payed for the time I worked there and they ignored all my texts until I said I would report them to the ministry of labour.

Very professional, hard working people. Driveway looks excellent, left our property clean. A little slow at getting back to us but they did honour the date given to us.

We contacted this company in the spring of 2018. Gave us a decent quote for our driveway and gave us an install date of mid June 2018. After many cancellations, excuses, promises for the following day or week and outright lies, this company never came! They did not answer phone calls or return messages. Finally in October of 2018 they admitted that they did not have the manpower to complete the job and it would not be until the spring of 2019! Not once did they tell us the truth. Don’t trust this company and don’t give them any dollars in advance. We are now going to Road Readie Paving.
