This company has been working with my General contractor and myself for over a year. Every task they take on is done with total professionalism, and with skilled presentable staff. I'm known to have an opinion, and in this case it is all positive. There has not been a reasonable expectation that hasn't been met and exceeded. I'd strongly recommend you check them out. This is the second time we have had Morden Construction working on our home. They did an outstanding job on our hardscape, installing stone steps and armourstone rocks as well as an expertly executed jumbo flagstone walkway. They installed a french drain and tied in our downspouts, graded the property and put down topsoil. All done in four days. I wish I could figure out how to post some photos. We highly recommend them. Morden Construction were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful during my recent house build. From day one when it came to planning prior to any work being done the team at Morden Construction provided reasonable quotes and timeframes. Every quote and time frame was accurate when it came time to the actual work being done. I utilized their services from the beginning from clearing the lot, installing a driveway, excavation and backfill right through to septic and landscaping. All employees that worked onsite were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to provide answers and solutions as the work progressed. The Morden Construction Crew were a class act through the entire process and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
