Alair Homes did a complete redesign/renovation of our main floor living/dinning/kitchen/family room space (approx 800 sq feet). Right from the beginning they had amazing attention to detail and were incredibly responsive. Alair Homes is full service -- from an in home consultation with Justin, to creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Russ, our Project Manager and lead carpenter, made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead and kept us updated daily during each phase of the reno. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman and the job site was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. The end was everything and more than we were hoping for. They far exceeded all of our expectations and we will immediately turn to them with any future renovation plans.

We hired Alair Homes, Georgian Bay in May of 2015. We had just purchased a waterfront property on Georgian Bay and the home and property needed extensive refurbishment. The project lasted approximately 15 months. Justin and Mike and their entire staff did an outstanding job. Their excellent communication, workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We had to obtain six minor variances from the Township before we could proceed with the project, and because of their preparation, adherence to the rules, and knowledge of the requirements, we were able to obtain all variances and proceed with our project. Throughout the entire time Justin and Mike, together with the rest of their team worked diligently to complete the project. They always went the extra mile. We have done many renovation jobs over the years, but working with the Alair team relieved the stress and worries typically associated with such a project.
