Our roof needed re-shingling. We first met Joel Graber (J&M roofing) at the trade show last year. Joel provided us with a quote and kept in touch until we were ready this year. We had received several quotes but Joel was the most professional person we had dealt with and chose them. Some folks may have heard that there was a home that the shingles came through the roof, that was this home. Although this was a one in a million incident, Joel and Jared were immediately on scene and took care of all the problems very professionally. I would highly recommend J&M for any of your exterior needs.

I called J & M Roofing to have a down spout moved. After aboud 6 weeks a worker showed up to assess the job. He told me that the eavestrough would have to be regraded and he would be back the next day with a helper and another ladder to do the job. He arrived the next day alone to do the job. He cut the new hole in the eavestrough in the wrong location and now the piece of down spout that connects the eavestrough to the vertical section of the down spout is crooked with the soffit. He said he was unable to remove the screws from the eavestrough that fasten it to the fascia so he did not regrade the eavestrough. I ended up getting up regrading it my self. Unacceptable work from a contractor.

Joel was able to give me a a quote on a new roof like I asked for with a few different options and the price was very reasonable. We've had J&M out to our place to repair small jobs such as facia fixes and siding a small shed, to doing finishing touches to the front of our house that was incomplete when we bought it. The jobs were done with high quality, final fees matched our quotes, and the workers were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Joel even provided options of vinyl costs over the hardy board that was on our house to give us the option to save money. We'd call them again and appreciate their expertise!

I had new soffits and vertical end gables installed as well. Both the roof crew and the gutter/soffit crew were friendly and professional, and the job was completed on time and between snow storms. After the 1st telephone conversation with Joel Graber, owner and manager of J&M Roofing Services Inc. I knew that this is the company I will hire/employ to fix our roof, damaged by hailstorms. I find him dependent, honest, easy to talk to, modest, reliable and trust worthy to work with. It was true and the work that his crew performed was second to none. They worked hard and conducted themselves professionally. After the repair, they cleaned and removed debris from the site. Joel and his team with office assistants are a group of people that any home owner would want to deal/work with. Safe to say that I didn't gain extra greys after the roof repair due to J&M Roofing competency, honesty and reliability work. Thanks Joel for your patience and the due diligence you have demonstrated and shown. Much appreciated. A 10 plus rating indeed.

Was told they would be by for a small roofing repair by Friday. That was over 6 weeks ago. This is after multiple communications throughout this time, was also looking for a quote on a shop roof but after this level of service will be looking elsewhere for someone who will actually show up.

Great company. I noticed they hard started replacing the roof of the duplex attached to mine. I called and asked if they could do my side while they were at it and they promptly accepted. They were able to finish both sides quickly and did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
