One time, I had a burrito. The burrito had the combination of crunch, texture, flavor, spiciness and visually it was like nothing I've ever seen. The burrito touched me like my high school counselor inspired me to be a better, more proactive and tasteful burrito connoisseur. When I was served by Baumann's Ventilation & Plumbing, I felt a feeling 10x greater than when I had that burrito. The service was impeccable, and my ventilation flows greater than Cole Baumanns skater hair of '08. My plumbing moved water smoother and faster than the Eastern Australian Current. The E.A.C bruh. Our AC decided to quit at the peak of the heat wave which was extremely unpleasant. We called Baumann's on Tuesday June 29th and they said they would get a tech out ASAP as there was a back log of calls, which we totally understood. However on the morning of Wednesday June 30 we received a call telling us that the tech was on his way! Ten minutes later he showed up and discovered a fuse was not working in the AC unit. The tech went back to the shop to see if he had one, but unfortunately they did not. He was able to fix our AC temporarily until the new part arrived! We were so thankful for their prompt service, excellent customer service and ability to create a temporary fix! We highly recommend Baumann's for all your AC needs!!!

Recently had cause to seek assistance from Baumann’s to address an issue with my infinity thermostat. My initial contact was met with a warm and friendly greeting. I oulined my issue and was provided with several suggestions which, with guidenace from Baumanns, I attempted to implement while conversing on the phone. It became apparent I was going to require support from one of their technicians with greater experience with the infinity thermostat. Shortly thereafter I received a call from their specialist, Ty, who walked me through several steps which fully addressed and corrected my thermostat issue. I very much appreciate the knowledge, time, and patience demonstrated by each of the individuals i had the pleasure of dealing with. It is clear, to me, that Baumanns strives to ensure their customer needs are fully and satisfactorily addressed. My experience was very positive and merits a five star rating.

We were so disappointed with Baumann's - we had a frozen pipe in the house and after the City came out to verify it wasn't the water main and we heated the room they told us, we still didn't have water. After 6 hours we finally called for a plumber as we were at our end. Baumann's dispatched Adam who wasn't briefed on the situation but we caught him up to speed. He spent 2 hours re-doing what we already told him the City had done and he left WITHOUT getting the pipe un-thawed. At this point we had been without water for 8 hours and couldn't believe that he would have left without trying to trace the line. One of our friends got off work and came over to help -- took him 45 minutes to get it figured. Adam had told us to heat the wrong room. Nice that we were charged for 2 hours of work that never resulted in anything. Baumann's should be ashamed and let me tell you, if need plumbing work, call ANYONE ELSE!!!

Our furnace quit in the middle of the night when the windchill was -45. They called us back in the middle of the night, walked us through how to troubleshoot as it was a busy night for them and the temp in our house was dropping quickly. We were able to find the problem with them walking us through it. He even called back that afternoon to check in and make sure it was still working. I appreciate the quick response, willingness to help, and the fact that they actually cared! We will be customers for life!

This is our fourth time receiving excellent service from Baumann's. They have come out promptly to our acreage to service issues with sump, well and septic systems. All of the repairs have been effective, and in several instances, creative as well. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and always willing to explain the underlying issues and provide excellent advice. On their most recent call, I was working out of province while my wife was recovering from a minor surgery on her hand. Morgan fixed the septic issue quickly and completely and while he followed up with instructions, his apprentice/assistant Nolan shoveled the walk which my wife had been unable to do. Amazing service always but this time just above and beyond! Thanks also to Joel and Barry for their expertise in consulting with these and other issues. Great business!

Our furnace quit on us over the weekend. We called Bauman's first thing Monday morning and were pleased with the promptness of their service. Jory was very efficient, had us up in running in no time. I was pleased that Bauman's had the parts in stock for our older furnace. I recommend Bauman's for any of your plumbing and heating needs. Good job guys!

I have used Baumann's three times before and the plumbing service was always excellent but the help on the phone not so much. I just phoned to book an appointment for two weeks in the future, was made to wait on the line and then abrubtly told "we can't help you right now... try calling around to other places." Very disappointing.

Called Baumanns during the heat wave we are having. I had a concern with my AC compressor, Jory H arrived the next morning bright and early. Within 15 minutes he had the issue solved. I give Jory H and this company 5 stars and two thumbs up. Definitely be calling them for any HVAC issues.

Last summer our air condition quit at the height of a heat wave and no one could tell us why except for these guys. They came twice and only charged us once until the problem was fixed. Will be using them again. Very good at education of consumers to save them money too. Like that. Thanks guys!
