Vector construction is one of the best company to work with in alberta I worked with them for a very long time however they have some issues that they do need to address moving forward, for example they like to hire a whole bunch of new people just before winter then when winter is here they get rid of the guys that have been doing it all for them for years and stayed with the new guys that sometimes are lazy and no clue of what to do on site, another example people in the office use vacation all the time and when employees on site need sometimes off to deal with stuff then they turn around and lay you off with excuses that they are short of work and then you find out that they still have all the new employees all working, unfair to me also some formen are inconsiderated hard ball towards the employees Best one without a question in that company Jeff Cole.
