Very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company. I discovered a roof leak and Ron was over at my house to do an inspection the same morning I called! He was careful to explain the problem and show me photos. He also offered gutter cleaning service which I badly needed as we were unable to get this done before last fall's ice storm. He had to order materials and promised he'd be back to do work by end of week. Well it's Thursday and he and his team arrived this morning and completed both jobs efficiently with polite and friendly service. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again. When I had to replace my roof Ron was on the top of my list. After inspecting the roof, taking detailed photos and explaining the current roof condition it was a clear choice to let Ron replace the roof. Ron suggested the best shingles colour which proved itself when the new roof was done. While working, Ron and his team worked very hard and for long hours to complete the work on time and without compromising quality. This is a superb operation. Ignore the slightly goofy company name. Ron is a serious, knowledgable, and honest guy. The roof around our skylight was leaking. Our home was built in 1963 and has a relatively thin cathedral ceiling in the dining room that lets heat escape (especially around the large skylight) causing enormous ice dams. Leaking in the spring continued through the summer. Ron came to our home shortly after we called (he came in the evening, from another call). He did a brief inspection and then gave us two options: pay $10,000 to remove the skylight and seal our roof (which he guaranteed would fix the problem) or pay $500 to seal leaky spots and install more venting to keep ice dams from forming. He advised the cheaper option (!) and suggested we wait a full year to see if the leaks were halted. We took his advice and chose the cheaper option. It's only been four months but so far, even the heaviest rain hasn't resulted in any entry of water. Hopefully the leaks don't resume next spring but if they do, it won't be Ron's fault. I was really impressed with this company. Don't hesitate to call and get an estimate - you'll get no sales pressure, reasonable and clear explanations for any advice, and highly skilled, prompt service.

I contacted RonOvations on a Monday about replacing a piece of missing eavestrough. Even though it was a small job, Ron dropped by the house later that day to have a look. We weren't home, so he called me to describe the job, give me a price quote, and a timeline on getting the job done. He was great to deal with on the phone. The price he quoted was more than fair, so we went ahead. He told me that they'd be able to get the job done on the Wednesday or Thursday of that same week...depending on weather. He and his crew showed up on time. All of them were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job!! The new piece of eaves blends in with the rest of the house perfectly. Ron pointed out a small, unrelated issue, and had one of his guys look after it on the spot...no extra charge!!! We are VERY happy with Ron and his crew. After 3.5 weeks of not finding anyone willing to come for a minor (but leaky) siding repair, I called RONOVATIONS. Ron called me back immediately, committed to a day and time, and day of repair called to ask if he could come EARLY! The price was fair, and he and his crew fully explained what needed to be done. I selected Ronovations based on their excellent reviews and I'm glad I did. I hired them to replace the shingles and rain gear on our executive style home. The owner of the company "Ron" personally came to our house to provide an estimate and offer some suggestions that I had not thought of. He was personable and had a very good working knowledge of the renovations. His quote was cheaper then other estimates and I am confident that his crew did a better job then other companies would have done. Employees were professional, kept a clean job site and were punctual. The job was completed earlier then expected. The finishing work and extras trim were a pleasant surprise. Ron followed up after job was completed to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. This was my first time using this company and I will use them again. I Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Ron and his team for any of your roof repair and replacement needs. He delivered what was promised: professionalism. Everything was done and completed within a day. What I liked is that he kept me informing of any issues and sending pictures along the process - rotten wood under the shingles, potential eavestrough leaking, poor ventilation, etc. - and suggested solutions how it should be fixed. He helped me to chose the right colour, so it works perfect with the siding, eavestroughs, exterior doors. When you hire a contractor, you expect him not only deal with the obvious, but detect other issues as well. Thanks to his experience, he was able to identify the problems and address them on the spot. On top of that, the price was reasonable and fair and did not change from the quote given earlier. Overall, I am pleased to share that my experience was great! I am planning to change eavestroughs/gutters around the house and replace shingles on the garage next year. Guess, who I am going to call?:)

My husband called Ronovations (as well as several other companies) for a quote to replace the shingles on our roof. Ron was out to do the quote right away. The quote arrived quickly with photos of the roof from all angles and a detailed description of what was to be done. And the price was very competitive. The roof is now finished and we cannnot say enough about this crew! Fast, efficient and the constant clean up they did was amazing. You would never know that we had roofers in our yard for 3 days. He is quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and also gave us updates every step of the way, from the initial estimate and inspection, right to cleaning up the yard after the job was finished. The team that came in with him was fast, efficient, and also really nice! We had our roof fully replaced, along with vents, and damaged wood, in just under 12 hours, and the team did an excellent job.
