We wish to convey our utmost thanks to Priority Restoration for the impeccable workmanship conducted in our home. A very slow plumbing leak had been taking place over a good period of time. This was undetachable until a large quantity of water build up appeared evident on large bathroom ceiling. Priority Restoration was contacted and put in place to conduct complete full restoration process. We came to learn of very high levels of mold/ fungi being present. Area was laboratory tested and documented with each specific fungi noted. Of course it was necessary to out of home until full restoration having been completed. We have no words to fully convey our gratitude for the Priority's due diligence, impeccable workmanship. Marco Landaverde kept us abreast at all times. He is a 'gem' ! All technicians are of highest quality. As we have two very close friends who had to have restoration work conducted in their own homes and they had been less than satisfied with the results the companies that they had in place were not for us. We chose Priority, and we couldn't be more grateful that we did. After removal/treatment took place, laboratory testing took place once again. Priority did not replace ceiling/seal in until absolutely safe to do so. We arrived back to find : everything spotless/impeccable! Truly 'health saving' for both of us. I had my house rebuilt after a fire five years ago. Since then I’ve had issues with mold, tiles falling off my bathroom walls, screws popping out of the drywall and siding buckling and spots where I can see the plywood underneath because light fixtures outside were not put on properly. when I tried to contact them about these issues they would not respond or call my husband or I back.

Dealt with Priority Restoration through and insurance claim on a property. The contractor (Priority Restoration) provided consent to a sub-contractor to enter my property without my consent, specifically after I had redundantly stated via email that I do not want a lock box installed on the property and no entry without my presence on-site. The sub-contractor entered the house through the window he was working on to carry out the repairs with neither my presence nor my consent. This followed three instances of sub-contractors being given the "wrong phone number" and "wrong address", which delayed my own renovation schedule and left me scratching my head. I sent an email to the contractor and to his boss about this issue and did not receive a reply (it's been 14 business days as of this review). An apology or acknowledgment would have been great. It has resulted in this 1-star review. Oh well.

Priority Restoration was sent in by our insurance company following a massive kitchen flood due to dishwasher leak. Floors, cupboards, and basement ceiling were all involved. I can’t recommend these folks highly enough. Their staff is fabulous. Additionally, they have wonderful relations with their subcontractors so as a result, the excellent service comes with every aspect of the job. A+++++ for service, quality and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with their work.

If your looking at these reviews because your in the same emotional state I was in when I placed the call these are your people. They came to my home very promptly and inspected the damages, comforted us the home owner and gave us the time of day. All I can say is their are people in the business who truly care.

Sloppy finishing work. There was concrete leaking from the ceiling downstairs in a room that there didn’t need to be concrete in at all. Concrete all over the walls that after I complained they just painted over. Ruined multiple things in the renovation. Took a shelf out of the bathroom that was permanently installed and lost all the pieces so now I’m stuck with metal rods in the wall with nothing able to attach to them. Made me pay more to level my floor before putting down laminate but it’s still bouncy all over the place. Took baseboards off and I guess didn’t keep track of where they went so cut half of them and put them other places to make things fit which is extremely noticeable. Took a piece of laminate from my kitchen which they didn’t install and randomly added it into the other flooring which is completely different. So I have one dark boardd among my light flooring. My toilet is also constantly coming loose and leaking since they reinstalled it. Terrible

I am very happy with the work that Priority Restoration completed in my home to remedy water damage to my main floor and basement. The speedy response to address the immediate impact of standing water in terms of both health issues and to reduce the extent of potential further damage was outstanding. Afterward, rather than simply replicating what had existed prior to the damage, I was actively included in the development of a couple of plans for how the restoration might proceed. This collaborative approach made me feel that my ideas were important, and I felt respected in the process. As the restoration continued, various “crews” were involved at several junctures along the way. Everyone involved personified the highest standard of professionalism and expertise, but of equal importance to me, they were courteous, friendly, and personable. As a result, I did not feel that my concerns were dismissed, nor did I feel that my restoration was regarded as simply a project number on their calendar. The folks at Priority Restoration left me feeling genuinely cared for during what was a stressful circumstance, one that was especially challenging due to the impact of COVID restrictions with respect to material availability and safety precautions. At the end of this process, I am pleased to say that my home looks better than ever and I am grateful to have had Priority Restoration at the helm! I highly recommend this great group of professionals to others who are looking for expert restoration to their home and property!!

Due to a flood in our crawl space and subsequent insurance claim, Priority Restoration has been working with us for several weeks. Their response time, immediate attention to questions, quality work, were appreciated. The main thing that I noticed is that each member of their team was professional, introduced themself and shook our hand before coming into our home and they were very careful to keep our floors protected and the house as clean as possible. when I had an emergency floods happening in my building for 2 years...their quick response was well organized. Priority staff were great on details of concern they encounter. They even noticed more issues that we thought was already taken care of. The ensured that everyone in the building was kept safe. Project Supervisor Marc was always responsive and paid attention to the building needs and fixes ensure work was getting done. Cared about his clients and was the go to guy if concerns were rinsen. Overall I would trust and use Prioity again for any emergency issues and for any absetos issues.

I needed the ceiling in the main living room repaired after a leak in the roof this past summer. From the Assessor (Andrew) to the drywall/paint professional (Gord) The repair was completed in a timely manner. The results on the inside exceeded our expectations. The coordinator (Rosie) kept us up to date and we were able to finish this claim off in a timely manner once the insurance company handed this over to Priority Restoration for completion.

This company was fantastic. They walked me thru entire process from start to finish. I had submitted insurance claim but unfortunately it was denied so Priority Restoration took on project. They were efficient and kept me in the loop the entire time. The electrician (Cobo) and painting (Perfect Match Painting) were fantastic. They were very respectful of my time and worked around my schedule. They also cleaned everything up so we didn't know they were there. Thanks again and Priority Restoration will be my first call in the future.

Due to an insurance claim, we were informed the repairs were to be carried out by Priority Restoration. Almost every room in house needed work because of water damage. I was dreading moving my 85 year old Father and the dog too a hotel during the repairs. Carlos came to the house for the initial meeting and after some discussion he thought we could stay in the house while all the work was being done. Huge weight off my mind. Carlos and Rosy kept us informed with scheduling and what experts would be attending the house to get the answers they required to proceed with repairs. The work began. Two fellas, Kenny and Tony were amazing in accommodating my Dad during the repairs and the fact that they were respectful and professional over the entire repair warmed my heart. Even the dog (who hates everyone) fell in love with these two guys. The finished project was spectacular. The uncanny attention to detail of Priority's workers was mind blowing. I don't think the house ever looked to good. I would, and will, recommend this company too anyone who would listen.

We have found this company to be extreme insurance sharks, they don’t respond too phone calls for confirmation about what they are suppose to be doing, abandoned unfinished job that they were called for too. Many mistakes needed correction by a separate company. Doesn’t dispose of their commercial garbage but instead illegally dumping the trash into the apartments private garbage bins too the point of clogging the garbage shoot up too 4 floors above. In conclusion this is not company too hire for any and all emergency work.
