We are extremely happy with our full basement renovation that was completed by Oswald Construction in the fall of 2020. We had initially met with a big box retail contractor for our basement renovation when a friend recommended Graeme at Oswald Construction. Graeme was prompt to call us and do a walk through. He asked us a lot of questions that we had not previously considered. This raised some concerns moving forward with the big box retail contractor. Graeme and his design team provided us a full overview of the project. It was very detailed and included everything that we had discussed in the walk through. Molly met us at various businesses to pick out materials for the basement. She provided a wonderful client experience. She offered suggestions and guided us to fulfill our vision. It was an easy decision to move forward with Oswald Construction given the attention to details, quality of service and the professionalism that they provided. During the renovation, we received frequent emails on progress along with updates on their app. The various team members who worked on our basement were extremely friendly and very polite. They cleaned up before they left the job site each day. When we did the final walk through, we were very impressed to see it all come together. Graeme was quick to point out some minor items that needed a bit of touch up that we hadn’t noticed. This was addressed quickly and to a high quality of workmanship. The biggest surprise for us has been the aftercare that Oswald Construction has provided. Whenever we have questions, whether it be in relation to our renovation or other projects that we needed to have done, Graeme was always there to help guide us. We value the relationship that we have developed with them and would highly recommend Oswald Construction for any renovations. We enjoyed working with Oswald Construction so much that we recommended them to family members who completed a full kitchen renovation with them.

Fantastic company! Oswald did a major exterior renovation for me in the spring of 2021. Not only was the quote competitive, the work was done to a very high standard AND was started earlier than expected and completed in good time. The only extra costs incurred were things that were added to the scope of the project not outlined in original proposal and were my decision to add. Great communication and wonderful crew. Every crew member was very friendly, skilled, clean, and detail oriented. They put a lot of care into my project and went above and beyond expectations. Special thanks to Don for making sure everything was just how I wanted (I am particular) and for making sure the site was always very tidy at the end of the work day. Would absolutely hire again.

We had a new deck built and we had Oswald come and finish the ceiling under the deck. The project wasn't too large but they made me feel like it was a priority for them. We hired Oswald Construction to do a full renovation to our 1900 sq ft Tuxedo bungalow immediately after we purchased it. They did the basement as well, and it was completed in a very timely manner, considering how much work there was. They took out walls and put some large beams, changed all of the windows and doors, did some exterior work and even built an outdoor bathroom/change room for the pool. All of their own crew members, and their sub-trades were extremely polite and professional. We are thrilled with our space and would absolutely recommend Oswald Construction!

We have hired Oswald Construction for many projects. Additions, siding installation, screened in gazebos just to make a few. Always excellent work. Great communicators and very timely. There carpenters etc are always a pleasure to have on site. Very respectful and great clean up.

I contacted Oswald Construction in October to start the process to build an addition on my house. They were very responsive and helpful the first part of the process, we made an appointment for him to come and assess the house so he can create an estimate/quote. We have not heard back from anyone since then. I have emailed him directly. I have emailed the company, I have left voice-mail. No response from anyone at all. I have wasted weeks waiting. Completely unprofessional!!! Wasting weeks means I have to start all over and pushes my renovations back even further. Not impressed
