Go in with the size of deck you want pick your materials, colours, rail, wait a little less than a week and they will have a quote for all of you materials including screws.

My Father was treated with the same service (none).. If you want true service and great advice go see Gord at star lumber. The guys there are true professionals

We purchased the Glendale model RTM from Olympic this Fall. Specifically we dealt with sales associate, Todd and were very pleased with our experience with him. All of questions and concerns were answered and dealt with in a timely manner which was very comforting considering how stressful the entire process of building a house can be. Olympic was organized and arranged the appropriate trades to get our house completed efficiently and delivered to the site (along with Reimers Moving Company). Overall we highly recommend Olympic and going with an RTM in general!

The service was not great, they are not interested in the satisfaction of the customer, and they take forever to get back to you when you've come to them with an issue of a product that they sell. They are the middle man who takes no responsibility and just go by what was signed off. I would not recommend this place to people who are do it yourselfers

Excellent experience from start to finish, their showroom really made it easy for my wife to see the product in a grander scale than just a little piece of display and Shawn and the team at Olympic were able to help me through my deck build with ideas on the design, and suggest great contractors to help with the build of my deck. Quotes were returned within a week as promised and quality of lumber that was on site had my contractor really happy and made his installation easy. Would highly recommend Olympic to all looking for good service and a quality product for their deck needs.
