I had contacted Varinder Kaushik weeks before my project started and got him in to the project to quote. After this, he took over one month to submit a lacking quote that was vague and missed a ton of information. Was about half a page to detail an entire basement development, from electrical, plumbing, hvac and rest of construction. He’s terrible to contact and lacks communication skills with his clients. I phone him in the morning and no call back for the rest of the day. I send texts and get a reply half a day or full day later. As of today, it’s been 7 weeks since possession and now he texted me he had to fly out to Vancouver for a family emergency AND he won’t be able to start my project for another 6 weeks due to his projects falling behind. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please do not hire a company that runs their business like this
