Friendly and efficient! I phoned in the morning and by the afternoon they were at my house replacing my water tank! As I have an electric hot water tank it will need to be inspected by the city, so an electrician will come over later to verify and make any necessary changes so the inspection will pass. They also pull the necessary permits with the city. The price was all inclusive. The price quoted plus tax. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. Price wise was ok, but I don't have any thing to compare it to.

I had a service man from this company inspect and clean the furnace last fall before we left for an extended period. I had set the thermostat at 12 degrees. When we returned in November 2014 we found the house cold and the furnace not operating. Manitoba Hydro sent a service man out in the middle of the night. He found a small hose had not been reconnected, which disabled the furnace. I would think twice before using this company again.

I had a Furnasman technician by the name of Shaun C. come to my house today (oct. 17, 2018) to service our Goodman furnace which was installed by Furnasman about 10 years ago. Shaun was my favorite technician. He was pleasant and courteous to deal with. He also provided me with tips in operating my furnace, drain and thermostat. He was very thorough in his inspection and servicing of our furnace. He also explained things to me in a manner that I could understand. Great job Shaun!

I am very happy with the 2 Lennox furnaces and humidifiers I purchased. However, the installation process was sub par. 1. They had to enlarge a hole in the outside wall of my home for the vents, and the man made it too small. It took much longer than expected, along with excessive banging, and the need for more installers to come. 2. They neglected to bring enough pipes to install the humidifiers. They did not run to their offices to get the pipes (office is about 15 minutes from my house), nor did anyone from the company bring the necessary supplies over. I was told the company would call to schedule another installation for the humidifiers. 3. No-one called to book this appointment; I had to call 2 days after and book it. There was no follow through on Furnasman’s part. 4. When they did install the humidifiers, I discovered within hours of their departure that something was wrong: I could not get the heat to hold at its set temperature. I called and got a technician to come over. This man was prompt and knowledgeable. He realised immediately that the installer had connected one humidifier to the wrong terminal, resulting in one furnace over heating the house, and my having no control over the temperature. He apologised and was very helpful, as this is very basic installation procedure. The 3 star rating reflects the fact that I like the equipment I was sold, and I have had great experience with Sean servicing my furnaces over the years. The (very knowledgeable) sales rep who sold me the new furnaces pointed out that you can buy furnaces anywhere; the main criterion in your choice of companies should be the training level, efficiency, and knowledge of their installers. I agree: do NOT buy and get installation from Furnasman!

First afternoon appointment for furnace “tune up” was canceled on the morning thereof. Rescheduled 2 weeks later. Technician showed up on time only wearing a face covering. Took about an hour to clean furnace. Technician was polite and answered all my questions. I would try another company next time for furnace maintenance.

Old Man Winterpeg over the weekend decided to deep freeze my thermostat back into the ice age. Thankfully it was a mild weekend, and the service I received once again from Furnace man was super friendly from my first call, To the confirmation, Dammed fast response time less then 45 mins and my issue of being a cold hearted lover has now been set a blaze thanks to my house having heat again. We have been using Furnasman for years. We always receive excellent service and quality repairs and advice. This was the reason we upgraded our Furnace and AC through them a few years ago. I would have rated them a 5 star normally but unfortunately our latest service was to be between noon and 4pm and no one called to advise running late. Service was done after 430pm. This in no way will change our using them but an area of improvement would be figuring out a way to not have customer wait at home for 4+ hours. Maybe the window could be tightened up to 2 hours especial in todays day and age of auto-text and other tech options.

Had Daikin multi-head ductless AC/heat system installed in 2018. System was a fairly new product to company so installation was new for everyone, some learning curves along the way. Although the install took longer than expected, the outcome was great. Any maintenance or issues were fixed in a timely manner and the technicians were always helpful. Nikki was most recent tech and even a couple years after the install remembered the job and was able to fix the minor issue I had.

Furnaceman was "sort of easy" to work with in terms of booking an appointment. Their "Book Now" feature on their website was actually a "We'll call you later" feature. For those of us that have jobs that don't permit taking personal calls during our shift, it makes it hard to pick up the call. I booked Furnaceman for two of my rental properties. They were on time and according to my tenants the furnace cleaning and inspection has taken place. Where this company falls short is their communication with me, the property owner. I have no doubt that paperwork and reports have been left with my tenants, but I would like it if those reports could be directed to me, the owner. Other companies scan and email reports, but Furnaceman does not. I have also not been invoiced (they likely left that information with my tenants too). I have asked repeatedly to receive emailed invoices, but so far have not received any. I'd like to pay my bill, but still no emailed invoice. If Furnaceman wants to do business with rental property investors, they need to make the reporting, invoicing and booking steps a lot less hassle.

Both gentlemen who did the duct cleaning were prompt and very considerate. They made sure we knew where our cats were and even asked us what we wanted to do with a live spider (which I appreciate as I don't like to kill them!) The only thing I would have appreciated was a heads up when they started using a chemical cleaner as it was a very strong smell that left me feeling a bit ill. Overall, though, it was great service and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They were very available and responsive during the sale process but that ended after the install. I found a view issues at time of installation. They backed the truck on to my lawn over the line that goes to the holding tank and left it sitting there. There were a number of spots on the linoleum that took a long time for me to clean up and there were screws and dust all over the place. As well the installation was on April 6th. Now it is May 13th and I finally received a call with an appointment to get the roof properly patched where they needed to cut a pipe. I have called and spoken to 3 different people and have left at least 4 voicemails along with emails asking for someone to discuss my experience with. No one has called me back to discuss any of the issues.

Do not trust this company. We have an ancient gas powered boiler system. We don’t feel safe turning it on before it is inspected and maintained. I called over two weeks ago to make a maintenance appointment for today. There is currently a snow storm and we are using a small heater to heat our house. An hour before our appointment they called to tell us then need to reschedule our appointment b/c other people without heat are more important. They can’t reschedule our appointment for a least another week, almost a month after I first called. In the meantime we are left completely in the lurch before thanksgiving long weekend, and the temperature in our house is only 17 degrees. Completely unreliable!!

Only 5 stars?? Hardly seems fair. How do you rate a company that is way more then just a company?? Seems corny but today I had my faith in humanity restored. Most companies are about the bottom line. Furnasman on the other hand is not. They are about people and community. Helping where help is needed. I needed desperate help today. The motherboard on my furnace was shot but I couldn’t get together the $900 needed for the repair. I reached out to several companies for help with a payment plan or something of the sort. After Four companies saying no, I talked with Jason. He was incredibly understanding and kind. he was amazing to talk too and very willing to be sure my family and I got what we needed before the end of the day. My kids and I now have heat for the first time this season. Also our service man,Jason ( different Jason ????) was very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We had our A/C and Furnace replaced at the same time. From the quotation through to the installation everything was professional and quality of work very good. The time between quotation to installation was less than a day. We were very happy with the attention to detail in the workmanship. Our installer indicated that the HVAC fan outside was vibrating a little more than it should and recommended service tech to look at. He could of very easily left it as it was because it was running fine. Service tech repaired the issue promptly and adjusted fan speed of furnace. Staff were professional and friendly. I had a good service appointment today to repair the furnace system and install a new thermostat with Shawn from Furnasman. Shawn showed up earlier than expected, which was a good thing since we had been out of heat for a few days. Shawn quickly surveyed the situation and was able to pinpoint the problem which was a faulty thermostat. He replaced the old unit and was very helpful with helping us to understand how to use the new thermostat. He also able to increase the efficiency of the furnace producing more heat throughout the house. This was all excellent experience.

An emergency technician came in to check our furnace blowing cold air. After some checking, he then said that this company charges almost $1000.00 to replace the Ignition module. I looked up online and saw the exact ignition module for $150.00. Also, our furnace was left in a non working condition after the inspection. An absolute waste of my time and $156.00 worth of money that i paid for just diagnosis. Very incompetent and overpriced!

JAN 27, 2020 OUR HEAT STOPPED EARLIER TODAY WHEN WE GOT HOME. WE CALLED FURNASMAN BECAUSE THEY DID A SERVICE ON JAN 22ND AND THEY SAID WE NEED TO REPLACE THE FLAME SENSOR. THEY SAID THEY WILL ORDER THE PARTS. BY THE WAY WE BOUGHT THE MAINTENANCE PLAN FROM FOR THE RECORD. UPON CALLING THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS YET...I ASKED IF THEY CAN SEND SOMEONE TO ATBLEAST CLEAN IT AGAIN WHILE WAITING FOR THE PARTS BECAUSE IT'S 15 DEGREES CELSIUS IN OUR HOUSE. GUESS WHAT THEY SAID, UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO UNTIL THE PARTS ARRIVE. I ASKED AGAIN OF THEY CAN SEND A TECHNICIAN TO CLEAN THE SENSOR AGAIN BUT THEY REFUSED. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY TO ASK FOR HELP BECAUSE THEY ARE FIRM WITH THEIR RESPONSE THAT THEY WILL NOT SEND ANYONE WITHOUT THE PARTS, AND THE OTHER COMPANY ASK ME TO TURN OFF AND ON THE SWITCH WHICH I DID AND IT WORKED. I'M NOT EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER. OH THE LADY SUGGESTED THAT WE LEAVE THE HOUSE AND GO TO OUR RELATIVES IN THE MEAN TIME. REALLY???? WHAT IF THE PARTS DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL JUNE THEN OUR PIPES WILL BURST AND BASEMENT WILL BE FLOODED! ARE YOU IU GONNA PAY FOE TGE DAMAGES! WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update: They sent their Sr. Technician to fix the issue His name is Shaun. Obviously he knows what he's doing unlike the other guys that checked my furnace and give the same diagnosis "FLAME SENSOR". Guess what, it's not. Shaun tested the old sensor and the new and bith have the same result. He then went outside and chimney and there's the problem, it's frozen and clogged. He cleared it and now it's working fine. So if it wasn't because of him I would have canceled my maintenance plan, and look for r other company. So I'm writing this update to inform you guys to ask for a senior technician when you call them.

Ok, so you don't run into this type of professionalism often. The Advisor, Rob McDonald (highly recommend Rob!) came to my home on a Saturday as I was working for 2 months with another company and just getting high repair bills. Rob laid out the options and provide a fair recommendation based on my budget and needs. As you can imagine this was an expensive replacement (Furnace and Air). We negotiated a fair price and the install happened on Monday! I cancelled the painful 2 month process with the company I was currently working with as they took forever to respond, DESPITE being off/on with out heat! Rob comes, provides options, negotiated in good faith, and offered the install for Monday. Then, the installers were very well trained, experienced, helpful, answered my questions and cleaned up after the job was done. I gotta tell you a far, far cry from my 2 month on-going drama with the other company. Can't thank you enough Rob and your install team for the great experience. I highly recommend Rob McDonald at Furnaceman!!

We had to replace our 30 year old Furnaceman furnace in January this year when it started working intermittently. Jason came out the same day to give us a quote. He spent time going through our house to assess what we should consider for a furnace and air conditioner and then sat down and explained different options for us to consider. We did have another company give us a quote but the salesman didn’t go through our house prior to giving us a quote. Felt much more confident in the quote from Jason because he listened to what we were looking for without any pressure to choose a particular product. We did have some questions prior to and after installation. Jason was easy to reach and when messages were left he returned them. He made the whole furnace/AC replacement effortless for us. The installation was completed by Nigel. There were some snags during the installation which made for a longer day for him and his partner but despite this they didn’t rush to finish the work. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They took time to explain the installation process, shared features of furnace, and answered questions. We are very happy with the installation. Also had our ducts cleaned as they had never been done. Very neat and no mess left. Ducting and cold air returns look like new. We are very happy with the customer service and quality of work. Would highly recommend.

A rusty liquid is coming out at the base of the furnace. The base of the furnace was opened by the serviceman and found a pool of rusty water inside. He explained that the problem is caused by a blocked drainage related to the AC. Area was cleaned and dried The AC was also inspected and cleaned.. GOOD. PROMPT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!!!

The service came - checked - and for the first time in a few years - gave me a clean bill of health. He explained/listed all that was 'right' in my furnace world. It was so nice to hear great news. I had purchase this furnace for over $4,500.00. After I bought it, it needed a new motor, then a new censor. I was worried I had bought a lemon. It's working well now. Thank you very much.

After waiting 5 hours for an emergency technician, we received a call at 10:00 pm telling us they weren’t coming after all. By that time, the temperature was 15 degrees and dropping fast in the house. Their 24 hour repairman apparently started at 8am and working on his last call and no one else was available. That would have been good to know when we originally called, or when we checked in at 7:45 to get an idea of when to expect someone. (We were told we were next at that time) Won’t be calling again. I had my furnace serviced last month and noticed a bit of water under my furnace.i called to ask if the tech checked to see if my internal tube was checked and was put on hold for a long time so I gave up and hung up . The sales process was very slick. It sold me far more than i needed and at an exorbitant cost. I was able to reduce an element that slightly reduced the final price. The installation was far more complicated than the sales guy let the installers know. The installers were with us till almost 8 pm and in the end the thermostat didnt work. Overnight the furnace provide little heat so the house was very cold when we awoke. The Furnsman dispatch had called and told us a different technician would be at our house at 8:30 am. That didnt happen. We got a second installer around 10 who got the system up and running. The AC was not connected inside as we knew the outside connection would happen in the spring. Hoping that process goes a great deal smoother. Very disappointed in the experience. Over paid, they underdelivered and we feel like we got taken. We take responsibility to have been over sold but still not a good feeling. If it hadn’t been so cold we would have taken more time to get what we needed.

Out of 3 posible broken parts, he only replaced one. He even taught us how to maintain and take care of the furnace and its control panel. My furnace still runs well until now.

Your service-man called here on the 14th. He was excellent, courteous and efficient. However, he was able to complete our service including the UV Light housing and missing insulation on an outside pipe, which he had not been informed was needed. This necessitated he having to leave, drive across the city and acquire the necessary items. The UV Light housing has been defective since last fall, and we had already paid for the UV Light. We had contacted you on 4 separate occasions and were assured each time that the parts were on order. I spoke to two different representatives a few days before Shaun arrived and they assured me that the parts would come with the serviceman, unfortunately once again this was not the case. Kudos for Shaun for finally getting my parts repaired/replaced. It would be much better if the serviceman that is sent could be informed of what was necessary the night before.

Our heat went out during the night and we called for service at 3:00am someone answered right away but they couldn’t send anyone out until between 10am and 2pm. When the Technician arrived he was very knowledgeable and after some trial and error found that the issue was not our furnace but the thermostat. Our furnance bogged down just in time when the first snow storm of the year struck. Before Furnasman, our furnace was already checked by several technicians from different companies and none was able to get it fixed. The only option they suggested was replacement/complete overhaul of furnace, pipe, heater and AC , a whopping $15,000 cost. We tried our luck with furnasman and SHAUN COLLAO was our technician. This man is an angel, an answered prayer. He went over and beyond his usual task. He patiently explained to us the problem and how he was going to fix it. Shawn Smart was my technician and he was very professional and thorough with servicing my boiler system at my property. He took the time to answer my questions I had and also reccomended me options for my system to make it more efficient and safer with out pushing it as a sales pitch. Technician 5/5 Star I would have given this company 5/5 however dealing with the office at booking weeks before the scheduled date led to on their end initially scheduling a technician who has no experience in a boiler system for my appointment. And I was only made aware of this because I did my own due diligence to call them a few days before my appointment to confirm my appointment. They then told me they would have to reschedule my service weeks later when a technician is available.... I ensured I booked them way in advance to account for this since my project on the property was on a specific timeline. It took me to say "that's not going to work for me, I would have to take my business else where" and in the end they ended up shuffling their technicians to accommodate my business. Unfortunately this might have cost another customers appointment as well. Overall they made "my" experience better, but could have easily been avoided from the beginning with clear and open communication with myself and they team members.

He explained how the furnace acts normally, and which part was causing the problem. He also checked with Furnasman to affirm our paid warranty on the furnace. Then he let me know about the warranty, as soon as he knew. He brought the needed part the next morning, and quickly and professionally had installed it. The installers were great but the scheduling and feedback for scheduling was extremely poor. I was told that it would take a couple of days to install my Furnace and Heat Pump but it took 2 weeks. I was not informed when they would be back the third or fourth time (which would have mitigated the issue) but I had to keep call them back to determine when they would complete the installation. In addition, I was told specific details on how they would install the new furnace and remove the old furnace and that was not the case for several issues. My belief for business is tell me what you are going to do and do what you said. It is the only way that a company can keep their customers happy. If there is a problem tell the customer what is going on, why it is happening, and when it will be fixed. Follow up with all problems. Make it right so that the customer is happy and will bring more customer in to the business rather then the type of review above.

Positive: March 3/19/21 had technician S.C , work order # 472 224 come out to check why heating element was always coming on after completing heating cycle. Also I removed thermostat to by pass to see if this was causing the problem while doing so wire identification tags fell off and when made call told them require to have wires for thermostat identified So can hook up thermostat properly. Technician came out and started checking furnace after doing so he came up with fan relay being bad. He then suggested should get new furnace as the part and labour will be expensive? So he left not identifying wires for thermostat and furnace not working. As money is tight right now a new furnace is not an option. We then decided to get a second opinion and called another company. Technician came out and first identified wires to hook up thermostat and then tried furnace which came on properly and then checked for element coming on after completing cycle. Technician found 1 loose wire and a bad sequencer. After wire was tightened up and sequencer changed out furnace worked as intended. There were issues with furnasman as there technician left us with furnace not working and thermostat not hooked.I sent a complaint to Customer Service and they did call and ask what happened. They asked if I would like the complaint to go to management I said yes. Talked to Assistant manager Jason today who was very helpful and helped us correct our situation

Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working in July 2018, right in the middle of a heat wave. A technician from Furnasman said he tried replacing the capacitor but that did not solve the problem and that the compressor was not working. A salesman from Furnasman was at our house later that day and said a new entry level unit would cost $4,000. A friend of a friend works for an HVAC company came to check it out just after the salesman left. He replaced the $50 capacitor and the unit was working fine. He also said he could install a 1.5 ton ac unit for $2800. I think the company lied and said the compressor was broken to pad their pockets with a sale. I do not trust Furnasman.

I don't regularly write reviews, but I often rely on them when making purchase decisions myself, and was really impressed with my recent experience with Furnasman. After receiving the bad news that our AC was not going to make it another summer (this was not a big surprise as we have had a number of failures over the past few summers), Shane came over and did a really good job of explaining what our options were. Based on his advice and competitive pricing, we decided to to change out both our furnace and AC. Don and Gavin were out the next day. You could tell that they both enjoyed their jobs, and they both worked really well together. The quality of the install is impressive (photo attached). The install alone was a huge upgrade from what we had before where the previous homeowner "got a deal", and the install looked like someone's "buddy" had done it. After everything was installed, Don demonstrated the operation of the new system, and walked me through all the areas where they had worked to make sure we were happy with the install and clean-up before they left. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Furnace broke down a year ago, In - 25 weather, they lied about the service that hydro offers(under sell said I would have to wait up to 4 weeks) - sales man sold us a $8000 unit. they showed up 90 mins late when they were to install. They had to come back several times to fix the unit over the year , replace a motherboard after a week , water backed up and shut off the unit , wires were not connected correctly and came apart shutting off the power to the unit. I was on the phone with these people and that GM(that guy bullies you over the phone) for countless hours. go on youtube and watch the cbc report on the company. They bought the company 3 years ago - but say it's been in business for 75 years - lies. I get a phone call telling me that i need a technician to clean and check my furnace - if not the warrantee isn't valid - for the piece of $150.00 + tan. never call these guys - they lie rip you off and shouldn't be in business. 3/29/2018 - update - spent around $7000 on furnace and it been 2 years the furnace has broken down 5 time - had to call and have these professionals to come down and fix it. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - called them and left message and they cant even call back , they got their money and now they don't care about the hard paying customers .SHOP AROUND GET A BETTER PRICE.

Technician inspected my furnace and quickly arrived at the conclusion that it couldn't be repaired. Salesman showed up later and quoted my family a price for the replacement. Since it is a big investment decided to get a 2nd opinion. Next repair technician took my furnace information and found that the heat exchanger was still under warranty and/or recall. Long story short, I was not impressed with Furnasman and if I would have followed their recommendation would have spent money unnecessarily. Instead my furnace was fixed at no cost, thanks to an honest heating and cooling company. When dealing with Furnasman, BUYER BEWARE!

We had a salesman come to our house for a consult and estimate. After spending an hour with us, we received mixed information. Many questions were asked as he went through a well prepared and choreographed presentation / survey. When it came to getting a price, we were told I can't give you that. He said the price can change each day, and didn't want to give price info unless I signed up that day (hmm, pressure?). He even called the office and informed us there was a boxing day special price that expired that day, but we didn't sign the contract so no price again. We had an appointment for follow up a few days later, but cancelled and went with another company. Who operates a business and gives no pricing details? They simply wanted to know who else we were checking and what price they had first. How about being up front and honest. Or maybe, we stand by the quality of our furnaces and exceptional installation and say our cost is very fair and competitive. At any rate, would not use furnasman from our experience.

I have only lived here for 2 years and as it turns out, I had a heat pump system all along (not your typical A/C and furnace), which I never knew about. Shaun identified it immediately and took the time to walk me through how it works. He also troubleshooted my smart thermostat and contacted Lennox tech support to make sure the settings were set to ensure the system operates as efficiently as possible. Of course he finished everything off by completing the rest of the regular tune-up on the furnace. Shaun was clearly very knowledgeable, and took the time to actually help me as a customer.

Initially we had a bad start with our install. Some things weren’t clear and we were unhappy with some things. The sales manager, Jason Reid , reaches out to us and addressed all of our concerns in a kind and professional manner. The first part of the experience didn’t go very well and I really felt that Jason felt every bit as annoyed as me with how things had gone. The guys came out today and corrected everything as it should have been . I’m very pleased with the level of customer care and attentiveness I received after reaching out to Jason. There aren’t a lot of leaders that would show up in person and make the personal commitment that I feel he has made to establishing a positive rapport with the client community. I have no idea about other's experience or other technician, but when our A/C wasn't cooling, the technician that came to check on our A/C, overcharged us, by a mile. $700 for a evaporator coil cleaning? Come on... He did not present us with any other option but this "Just right severe" package. We had to take the deal, since our home was heating up to almost 32. He did not mention the fact that our A/C was too old (10+years) and need a replacement, nor did he mention that we should remove the deck cover when running the A/C (something we didn't realize at the time). Even the second technician that came said that he should've told us and not charge us $700 for a cleaning. All he did was use a little metal brush to brush things off of the evaporator coil, there weren't anything on there... 10/10 wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

The representative went to the wrong address. He said his call center sent him to Oak Bank instead of St. Adolphe. ( this happened last visit as well - I was told it was corrected back then)! He got to St. Adolphe in about a half hour. He did a good and thorough job. One comment though - he didn’t take off his outside boots and tracked water on my hardwood floors when he checked the thermostat! A Canada Day AC breakdown on a pretty hot day. Figured I would be in for a long wait for a technician. Called at 3pm and was told someone could come out in the evening. Not bad. At about 7pm the technician called me herself to say she was on her way and would be there in 30 minutes. Awesome. When Nikki got here she had it diagnosed quickly and repaired promptly. Our furnace quit working last night (of course on the coldest night of the year so far). I called Furnasman at about 9:30pm and the technician, Brian, arrived shortly after 11:00pm. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very reasonable rate (especially given the hour this all occurred at). Waste of time to hear New GM labbbbbala “Just right for you” asked many personal questions to know what amount you willing to pay for the product they sell with NO NAME and NO MODEL even when asked to show. Spent nearly 2 hours to answered and heard. We were in hurry but had to sit down. They did not care, Just want we heard what they said about price and price. Conclusion. First, I'm glad to see that Furnaceman is supporting the hiring of women in the trades. The young lady who came to the house is knowledgeable, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. I'm a 400 lb monster who (I'm told) is intimidating just by being in the room, and she didn't bat an eye. I had some concerns, which she fielded with courtesy, concern, and patience. Even though talking to me put her behind schedule. She didn't have authority to make on the spot decisions and promptly got in touch with the office to get me a decision same day. The hardware in this field is fairly heavily regulated and there aren't a ton of options, so customer service is where one's bones are made. In giving my questions fair consideration both in content and time (meaning she didn't rush me) the company has re-affirmed the fact that I made the right decision in choosing Furnaceman to provide my furnace and AC unit. The sales people are just out to make a commission , the techs don't know anything but a service call ( makes sense as I am sure they don't want the techs giving useful info to potential clients, such as prices) They will try and tell you that you will be looking at spending $10000 to replace your heating cooling systems, unless you object then you can't get anything for under $4300 and that doesn't' include cooling system. TRUST me when I say you can get cheaper for same quality.

Apparently, my condo has a unique kind of furnace that not a lot of people have expertise in and was told Eric Dahle was the only guy - which in my opinion says a lot about his vase knowledge and experience. Been living in my place for over half a decade now, and I trust no one else but Eric to tune up or repair my furnace. He's incredibly kind, thorough with his explanations of what was done, and always leaves my place clean after he's done so I never have to worry about anything.
