We hired Floor Country Canada this summer to do our feature wall in the living room. Evon was very professional and walk us through every details of the project recommending the right tiles and measurements to fit our space. The contractor Rob did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. He worked hard to drill holes in the tiles for the TV wires and cleaned up everything afterwards. Super, dependable family owned company. I highly recommend Floor Country Canada for any house project.

I can't speak to their products or workmanship (though I am sure both are great), but one time my spouse was driving our SUV and it stalled in their parking lot. An employee of Floor Country happened to notice and gave him, our 4-year-old, and one-year-old (and accompanying car/booster seats) a ride home. We are so appreciative and look forward to contacting Floor Country when we are ready to move forward with our flooring projects.

Choosing the right product and right color can be overwhelming but at Floor Country Canada we received the support and product knowledge we need it to make the right decision.We appreciated the fact that they went the extra mile and accommodate us with weekend installations dates (other stores we visited were not willing to do that for us). The installer worked hard and completed the project on time allowing us to move in our new home without delays. He was efficient and cleaned after each day of work leaving our house looking beautiful at the end. Very dissatisfied with the work they did. Poor quality work and expensive. Their plumbing charges were $350 for less than half an hour of work. I wouldn't recommend them. Believing all the good reviews was a big mistake.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received. I recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in my washroom and kitchen and they were not installed correctly and are lifting and the company refuses to fix it unless I have everything removed and they are charging me to do this. This was also a job that was supposed to be completed in three days and it ended up taking 4 months so I could not even cook at home since my oven needed to be disconnected. The worker that they sent was rude, inexperienced and very inconsistent in that he would say he was coming and then wouldn't show up or would show up in the evening and work late into the night. I now have to find a new company to come and fix the work that they did...

We had a fantastic experience with Floor Country Canada team. We found them online and loved their website and info provided. When we arrived at their beautiful retail store we were greeted by some wonderful people, Ela and Evon. When we visited the store we had an idea on what we wanted to have installed in our home but we did not know much about the different products available on the market the difference between them. They worked with us, provided us with a lot of product knowledge and design advice and we were able to select a beautiful laminate flooring for our main floor and carpet for our basement. Evon came to our house and provided us with an estimate and even helped us choosing our walls colours and other design advice at no cost. Installation of both laminate and carpet was done in a time frame that was convenient for us. The installers were amazing and cleaned inside and outside, leaving our home ready to move in. We highly recommend using Floor Country Canada for your flooring projects! They have an amazing product selection and their team is able to provide you with expert advice! We will definitely go back for our quartz countertop and backsplash to finish our kitchen next year!

We had hardwood installed on our second floor and stairs, as well as a new rail installed. There was several issues with our floor that we knew going in and some found after the old flooring was removed. Evon and his team took care in explaining how they were going to deal with it and costs involved. The craftsmanship on the railing was excellent and the whole project looks better than we could have imagined. Absolutely love the new look.

I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the completion of our kitchen renovation. From the very beginning of our project Evon did a great job refining our ideas and vision of what our kitchen could be. He took the time to explore options and colors for us making recommendations that matched our style extremely well. While Covid-19 caused some delays in the process Evon and Ela went out of their way to ensure we were being looked after and kept in the loop. From our lead contractor Rob to each trade in turn we were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all involved in our project. All were willing to take the time describe the process and materials they were responsible for. The cabinetry is beautiful and very well made. The quartz countertop and waterfall exceeded our expectations and while I was at first skeptical about the flooring choice and transition. We both love the finished look and that's what matters most. Initially my wife and I went in to the Floor Country to look at tile for our bathroom renovation. We were not sure of what we wanted for our 70’s bathroom but knew we wanted a change. Evon & his crew Rob, & Abe came in and gave us some ideas. We were very pleased with everything that was done in not only with a spa like bathroom but with lighting, sheet rock patching & painting. We were wanting the renovation to be done in time for Christmas and they did not disappoint! They finished with a week to spare! Thank you Floor Country!

What a great place to shop! They have a crazy amount of flooring options and they also have ceramic tile, quartz counters and even offer cabinetry! Who knew!? The employees there are so friendly and helpful, I never knew there was so much to learn about flooring! I had an excellent experience here with Sandy and her helper (whose name I dont think I got, sorry!) My wife and I were looking for some laminate flooring to repair a few warped boards but the exact type we needed was discontinued! I had called a few places but they all wanted to sell me an entire new set of flooring which was just unreasonable for the small fix we needed. However, coming down to Floor Country proved to be a good call because instead of trying to sell us on a new set, she attempted to actually fix my problem. We looked for alternatives and finally settled on a very inexpensive and elegant solution. The product wasnt even sold there, I was directed elsewhere! This is the type of old school make-the customer-happy-not-the-sale that people will remember. When I need flooring for our next home, I will 100 percent remember this and be coming back! Thanks a lot!!
