Kevin had a replacement thermostat on hand and came out in the evening on the long weekend to change it out so our furnace/ air conditioning was restored. Really appreciated the great service!! Many thanks.

They are amazing plumbers. I have to say that any problems we have in our apartment block (I'm a resident manager) Duncalfe has been prompt, courteous and they have found solutions to all of our "old building" problems, from dealing with 100 year old pipes to boiler problems, etc. These guys are worth their weight in gold. It's hard to find plumbers that know what to do in 100 year old character buildings, and these guys do. So yeah, you have any problems they are best ones to call!
