I had work done by these guys (window wells and basement windows) and my basement has leaked multiple times... one of the new windows cracked months afterward, I had tried to text ken many times and kept getting the run around... now he never replies back and we have to get a real company to redo the job.

I gave Ken the business owner a large deposit do work on my property and he was a no show. After many failed attempts to get him to do the work, I decided to move on. He said he would etransfer me the money back but never did. He won’t return any calls, texts or emails. Now I’m out $750. It’s been four months now. Don’t trust this person.

VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!!! THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY IS KEN DAK. HE WAS WORKING ON THE PROPERTY NEXT TO MINE. HE WAS USING HIS MINI BOBCAT AND DROVE IT INTO MY GARAGE PUSHING THE WALL OFF THE FOUNDATION. HE DID NOT COME TO MY DOOR TO OWN UP TO HIS MISTAKE. I HAD TO FIND HIM DAYS LATER TO ASK ABOUT THE DAMAGE. ALTHOUGH HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AT FIRST SAYING HE IS SORRY AND HE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. AFTER HIS WORK WAS DONE AT THE PROPERTY NEXT TO ME HE WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS TXT OR CALLS. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
