Serge and Albert completed work as communicated at a fair price and have promptly provided after completion adjustments as required. I recently built a cottage in south east Manitoba. Unfortunately I had a heart attack and was unable to continue. Forced to find a contractor I could trust I contractor several companies including Compass Contractor. Best move I ever did. The quality of work of unbelievable and the service even better. Never met a guy with move integrity and honesty. Showed up at 6:45 am, stared his work, and did not stop until he was done. Same story every day until all the terms of of understanding were addressed. What was even more remarkable was his follow up. He called and asked if everything was ok, if we were satisfied, if any thing else had to be done. I was shocked that someone was prepared to go to that length to ensure we were satisfied. Months later I installed a septic field. Based on my previous experience, I called Serge for a quote. We agreed on a price and he did the job. He looked after everything!!! I did not have to get involved at any point. He was on time, on budget, and once again, did his usual follow up. Never made himself scarce. Stands behind his work. Most honest contractor I ever met, with a quality of work second to none!!! I will use this company in the future whenever possible. A real treat to pay for someone who has his qualities.
