Horrible customer service - the lady that answers the phone has no customer service skills when she answered the phone and I proceeded to tell her the reason I was calling she barked at me to hang on and abruptly transferred my call to someone else . Then I was asked for my information and told that I would be contacted within 15 minutes about a leak on my property which is time sensitive . That was on Monday . .. it is now Friday and my phone rang once this morning .. and the call was disconnected without ringing a second time . I checked the caller ID and noticed it was Borland construction . Guess they called back 4 days later let it ring once just to say they've called me back .
